Ruby Cover Set

The Ruby Cover Set is by far the coolest air box eliminator kit you can buy for a Triumph Twin.

The old known kits just eliminate the air box and make the beautiful open K&N filters disappear behind the side covers. In this kit it is solved completely different. It comes with a pair of side covers that have a round cutout for the filters, which are then visible from the outside. Rarely we had a part in the program that looks so cool!
The conversion to single filters is of course not legal (or must be registered, which is only possible with very few TÜV examiners). However, our old air-cooled darlings are now partly over 20 years old and look oldschool, because you might think that the open filters were still installed as standard.

Included in the kit is:

A pair of handmade side covers made of very high quality fiberglass
2x K&N metal mesh air filter
1x K&N engine breather filter
Aluminum Airbox Eliminator Kit (this replaces the original plastic air box and ensures that the battery still finds its place under the seat).
By installing this kit, the engine will get a significant increase in power. However, it is imperative that the engine is retuned afterwards. Optimally on a dynamometer. Because the engine gets with the open filters significantly more air, and then of course the gasoline / air mixture must be adjusted.

The side covers are available in unpainted (Raw) and in gloss black (Jet Black).
