PowerKit Bonneville T120 Stage 4 +

Powerkit Bonneville T120 1200 Stage 4 +. It consists of: Raisch Racing camshaft, X-pipe, sports air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping) & a new Lima cover gasket.
Power plus + 12 Nm torque and almost 17 hp. At 4600 rpm you even achieve a torque plus of 19.5 NM and at 6600 rpm even a plus of 17 HP (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group).
This kit contains NOTHING in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. The Stage 4+ Kit for the Bonni T120 should show what open mufflers can do in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. In this case we tested the HBS 705, which gave us very good results. But also other mufflers, like the Remus with our Racing DB Killers bring similar increases. You can find the corresponding mufflers under the category mufflers in our shop, but we are also happy to advise you! Of course, we have the appropriate mapping ready and can install it directly on the Powercommander. The open mufflers make the sound even more pithy, but depending on the muffler it remains as socially acceptable as possible.
We have designed our racing camshaft so that you don't lose any power at all at the bottom and in the middle. But there is an additional scoop on top and finally it is fun to turn the Bonni up to the Bregrenzer.
Our mappings were determined with a lot of time and effort on the test bench. These mappings are immediately loaded onto the Powercommander by us, resulting in a Plug&Play solution. Thus one saves oneself an own tuning on foreign test stands which are also very expensive.
In addition to the increase in performance, the overall result is a harmonious and finer engine run. We increase the speed limit by 500 rpm (from series 6800 rpm to 7300 rpm), which is in the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not road legal and only suitable for race track operation.

With this kit, the camshaft must also be mounted + valves adjusted, which takes approx. 3,5 hours. Total installation time with us Stage 4 = 7 hours
