Hot Rod complete exhaust system for Bonneville T120 / T100 , Street Twin.
The exhaust system is ONLY approved for the Bonneville T120 & Street Twin (first version).

Euro 5 models from 2021: The exhaust also fits these models. However, it is NOT homologated for the Euro 5 models (i.e. the model is not included behind the E-number on the exhaust). In addition, the cat box or an X-pipe from a Euro 4 model must be installed!

The Hot Road stainless steel complete system is different in style to most other exhaust systems on the aftermarket.

Converted into the matching stem, the exhaust really looks great on the motorbike! Because the exhaust is so beautifully short, you get a completely free and clean rear end.

The manifolds can simply be connected to the original KAT box. The exhaust system is therefore homologated and street legal. The very good quality and accuracy of fit ensure a high-quality look and problem-free installation. New manifold gaskets are required for installation (see accessories in this description).
The rear silencers are supplied with DB-Killer (which can also be removed for more sound). If the exhaust is not loud enough for you, you can also replace the KAT box with an X-pipe (see accessory article in this description).

As the exhaust system only weighs approx. 5kg, this results in a weight saving of: Bonneville 7kg (standard 12kg) / Thruxton 5kg (standard 10kg).
In terms of performance, the exhaust system also brings a little something (see performance curve in the photos). However, if you are looking for significantly more power, we recommend our Raisch tuning kits.

If a centre stand is fitted to the motorbike, this must be removed in order to fit the Spark exhaust system.

X-Pipe / KAT & Front silencer replacement
X-Pipe / KAT & Front silencer replacement CB11302 / RS0
These X-Pipes replace the original Cat-Box / front silencer, which provides a much more pithy sound. In combination with an additional open exhaust system you get a really pithy, dull but also loud sound. That's exactly how a 2 cylinder must sound!In addition, there is a weight saving of 1.7 kg compared to the standard catbox. If the X-Pipe is not only about the more beautiful and louder sound, but also about noticeably more power, we advise you to use one of our power kits, in which the X-Pipe is included. Then the whole thing brings also a strongly noticeable performance gain. Click here for our performance kits. The original veneer can be used again, so that the X-Pipe is not optically noticeable.  Do NOT fit to Thruxton TFC!

Exhaust manifold seals CB11089 / RS600
Exhaust gasket for sealing between elbow and cylinder head outlet. Whoever had the bend off, needs this seal which is squashed when it is put on and therefore can only be used once. Couple wise. Fits all models
