5 3/4" LED Bates style lamp kit for Bonneville / Street Twin / Speed Twin 900 models.


Many conversions make it much more stylish to install a nice little headlight that is attached to the triple clamp. This eliminates the need for bulky side lamp holders.
The Bates-style LED headlight is the perfect blend of classic shape paired with a modern LED headlight insert. This is the perfect mix for our Modern Classic bikes. Visually, such a clear LED insert really makes a statement. However, the headlight only reveals its full power when it is switched on!
On the one hand, the white LED light looks really classy, and on the other, it turns night into day, which really makes a difference when riding in the dark. Because everyone knows that the original H4 headlights are not exactly the best.

The headlight is made entirely of metal and has an outer diameter of 155 mm and a depth of 110 mm with an E number. We supply this headlight including a stainless steel bracket for attachment to the lower triple clamp, where the regulator is actually located. The regulator must be relocated for this (see regulator relocation kit in the accessories section of this description). It is not necessary to relocate the regulator on the Street Scrambler.
For visual reasons, we also recommend installing a fork cover (also available in the accessories).

This kit is NOT a plug & play solution! To date, we have only ever installed the headlight in combination with a small Motogadget Tiny or Speedster speedometer (we don't think it looks good with the original headlight). In our conversions to date, we have always relocated the ignition lock (under the injection bar) to achieve a clean look.

Fork Covers LC
Fork Covers LC CB11582M / RS-1
A pair of fork tube covers in black powder-coated. The covers make the fork look much more massive (because it looks wider), which makes the fork look much higher quality and provides a sustainable better look. In addition, you get a uniform black line on the front of the bike. To install it, you have to loosen the upper triple clamp and pull it off to the top. This is done in no more than 30 minutes. The original turn signals, with the retaining clips above the standpipes can not be used further. For models that still have factory turn signal clamps around the fork, we have extra covers in the program, which are shorter and can be mounted together with the turn signal clamps together. You can find them under the accessories in this description.

Regulator Relocation Kit
Regulator Relocation Kit CB12223 / RS601
With this relocation kit, the regulator (which sits as standard on the lower triple clamp) can be relocated behind the water cooler of the motorcycle. This looks on the one hand much nicer (because it is not exactly nice to look from the front on the regulator) and on the other hand it is often necessary if you want to install another headlight or headlight holder. All cables are long enough to install the regulator routing. However, a piece of the wiring harness (a piece that comes out of the headlight) must be insulated so that you have more cable length available. To insulate this again neatly, we offer a high quality fabric tape with, which you can find under the accessories in this description. An assembly instruction is of course also supplied. Sleeves as well as screws you are needed for mounting, are also included.
