It took us a long time to finish the rear kit for the Scrambler 1200, but the many days of work and countless prototypes were worth it! The kit provides a completely free rear end, which makes any Scrambler look much more brutal. The nice short frame makes the Scrambler look much more compact and beefy.The HeckWeck kit is supplied as a complete kit. It includes:  Aluminum rear under fairing (which provides for a very good splash protection, as well as a very clean look. The cheap original plastic also disappear) License plate holder + Vario bracket (license plate is adjustable in the angle) / The license plate plate is 170 x 100mm large, so that each license plate size of each country is covered LED license plate light All screws, nuts, cable ties etc. needed for mounting Detailed step by step assembly instructions, which allows even hobbyists to easily assemble the kit The absolutely coolest thing about the rear end is that we have trimmed something to be able to realize the kit legally. Due to the short rear end of the Scrambler, it is not possible to construct a license plate holder that adheres to the specified 30 ° angle and at the same time ensures that the license plate does not make contact with the rear wheel when the motorcycle times really strong compression. So we came up with an ingenious adjustment for the license plate that makes it possible to adjust the angle of the license plate.This allows the license plate to be set a little steeper in continuous operation, which of course also looks visually more awesome. For the TÜV visit or a traffic control is a seconds quick grip with some force on the license plate and everything is legal. See picture 4 & 5The supplied stop nuts ensure that the license plate can not inadvertently adjust while driving. The kit does NOT include a central tail light, this must be ordered separately.Here you have several options to choose from: Option 1: You order a set of 3 - 1 turn signals + turn signal holder in addition and mount these on the right and left side of the license plate (100% legal solution). Below the description you can order the turn signals (in the bundle we give you 10% discount on the turn signals) and the turn signal holder directly in the set with it. Option 2: You order the Shorty taillight + weld-in housing, insert a mini LED taillight in the original rear frame and install normal turn signals. Visually, this is a very elegant solution, but of course much more expensive. The Shorty taillight and the housing can be found below the description and can be ordered as a set. Additional accessories that you can order below the description in the set: Cable set: We recommend you to order this in any case! If you don't have it, the original Triumph central connector has to be cut off and you have to wire everything separately. On the cable set you get, if you order it in the set with 30% discount!  Turn signal holder: Here are 2 different to choose from.- The Vario turn signal holders are screwed together with the license plate on the license plate holder and can be adjusted in width, so they can be adjusted to fit any country, any turn signal (with 8mm thread - most turn signals have) and any license plate size. - The turn signal adapters - Scrambler 1200 are attached to the frame of the Scrambler, making the turn signals very inconspicuous (but are still in a legal position). This variant is only legal in kombiantion with a central taillight (because the taillight may not slide so far into the rear and 3-1 turn signals would not be legal at this point). License plate screw set: Who wants to fix his license plate with matching colored screws, which can order a set with it. Reflector: Who wants to have a 100% legal rear, which must mount a reflector with under the license plate.

Short license plate holder for Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC & XE made of 3mm stainless steel and black powder coated.ATTENTION! The perfect and most minimalistic license plate for the original aluminum fender of the Triumph Scrambler 1200.We have made the license plate holder extra small for the new version, so that the license plate holder can be used for any country in the world.Dimension (height x width): 100mm x 160mm The license plate holder does not have turn signal holders. Is quite simple and also described in the instructions (who wants to look before whether he trusts himself, can download the instructions under Downloads in this description as a PDF).If you want to upgrade the bike back to the original holder, you need the plastic license plate holder new (we also offer as a spare part, see accessories in this description). The license plate light disappears nice and deep in the fender and is hardly visible. So the license plate moves nice and close to the fender.Turn signal holder are integrated directly on the license plate holder. Thus, the turn signals sit nicely discreet left & right next to the license plate. Reflector Cover - Triumph CB12631M / RS0
Covers for the original reflectors on the forks of all Triumph models. Reflectors are a must! Who likes the eye-catching orange reflectors on the fork? Right, nobody! First thought - just get rid of them! BUT Triumph doesn't put them on the forks just for fun. Unfortunately, it is now mandatory to have such a reflector on your motorcycle. Without one, you can no longer get TÜV approval! These black covers milled from aluminum are the perfect compromise. They look classy, add value to the motorcycle and conceal the conspicuous reflectors. Thanks to the beautifully milled Triumph lettering, they are even an attractive accessory on the fork.The covers are simply slipped over the reflectors and fixed in place with two grub screws. Mohave Exhaust - Scrambler 1200 CB12324M / RS0
The Mohave stainless steel exhaust for all Triumph Scrambler 1200 models is probably the coolest exhaust available for the Scrambler and comes with road approval / E-number. The Euro 5 version also includes a catalytic converter, as this has been moved from the manifold to the silencer on the Euro 5 models, hence the price difference of €120 between the Euro 4 and Euro 5 versions. The Mohave exhaust system is a slip-on system, i.e. it replaces the two large original rear silencers. The rest of the original exhaust system (manifold + catalytic converter for EU4) is retained. This makes changing the exhaust very quick and easy. Compared to the original exhaust, the Mohave saves almost 5 kg (see below for exact weight difference). The Mohave exhaust not only looks brutally cool, it also sounds extremely cool! The two short rear silencers produce a really deep and muffled roar, even with the DB killers fitted.The DB killers can also be removed for those who want even more sound. However, the grille at the end of the exhaust is then removed (see photos).The exhaust system is handmade in Italy. Inside the pipes is a damping system consisting of perforated pipes wrapped in sound-absorbing material.The manufacturer pays particular attention to very good workmanship of the materials and weld seams in order to guarantee a very high-quality appearance and a long service life. The short look of the Mohave in combination with the slash cut is exactly what a real scrambler needs!The advantage of the exhaust is that it is nice and short, but not so short that it disturbs the passenger.   Difference in weight: Euro 4 Scrambler: original exhaust = 7.3kg - Mohave exhaust = 2.6kg - saving 4.7kgEuro 5 Scrambler: Original exhaust = 7.5kg - Mohave exhaust = 2.8kg - saving 4.7kg   ATTENTION for the Scrambler 2024 models. Probably the coolest exhaust available for the Scrambler and the whole thing with e-number / road approval. The Mohave exhaust system is a complete system. This means that it is supplied complete with manifolds, rear silencers and the rear heat protection plates. The exhaust system is not only a visual highlight, it also saves a lot of weight compared to the standard system. The Mohave Exhaust not only looks brutally cool, but also sounds extremely powerful!The two short silencers ensure a powerful, throaty rumble, even with the DB killers fitted.The DB killers can also be removed for those who want even more sound. However, the grille at the end of the exhaust is then removed (see photos).If you want a more throaty sound but don't want to remove the DB killers completely, we also offer racing DB killers (see accessories in this description). The exhaust system is handmade in Italy. Zard Exhaust Scrambler 1200 CB11746.5 / RS0
Model: Euro 4 - Gen. 2 | Colour: Black | Design: With ABE | Version: Carbon End Caps
Zard 2-2 slip-on stainless steel exhaust for Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC & XE with E-number (for both the EU 4 and EU 5 models). The two rear silencers are positioned very close together in order to achieve the slimmest possible line. The large openings created by the slash cut on the end caps make the rear of the bike look even beefier and emphasize the off-road look of the Scrambler.The heat protection plate from the original exhaust system is retained. The accessory heat protection plate, which you can see in two product photos, can be found under the accessory items in this description. The exhaust also delivers slightly more power than the standard system (see pictures for power curve). The sound of the Scrambler is already audibly better and throatier with the exhaust, but in our ears it doesn't have the desired AHA effect that you would hope for. Sound video with original DB killers see below.We recommend people who like it a bit throatier and louder to order our additional Zard Racing DB-Killer (see accessories article in this description without road approval).In order to be able to remove the original DB-Killer from the exhaust system, a welding point that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away (takes a little more than half an hour). If you want to have this done, you must order the additional item DB-Killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).If the sound is still not enough for you, you will then have to install the H-pipe (cat replacement pipe). The exhaust system is available either with E-number or as a racing version (without E-number). The scope of delivery also includes an aluminium side cover including leather bag for the right-hand side (see photos). A proper Scrambler traditionally has an overhead exhaust. But a top-mounted exhaust also has some disadvantages, especially heat! It quickly becomes uncomfortably hot on the leg and can even burn.For all those who find this very annoying, there is now this stylish exhaust from Zard. A rear silencer in off-road design (with removable DB killers), complete stainless steel manifold (without KAT on the racing version) and a really chic aluminium side cover. This kit in no way spoils the look of the Scrambler! A beautiful short 2-1 stainless steel complete exhaust system for Triumph Scrambler 1200 / X / XE / XC - with E-number / street legal. This handmade stainless steel complete system for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 models gives your motorcycle a completely new look. The under seat exhaust gives a different view of the side of your scrambler, as the mighty exhaust is no longer in the typical scrambler eye-catching position. From a technical point of view, the change to a 2-1 exhaust system on a scrambler 1200 makes sense. Many drivers are bothered by the quite strong heat development on the leg with an overhead exhaust. This problem no longer exists with a down exhaust system. The short version of the under-seat exhaust system ensures a very clean rear end and an unobstructed view of the rear wheel. For those who prefer a more classic look and not quite so short a tail, there is also a cross version of the exhaust system, in which the rear silencer is longer. The short exhaust system also gives your scrambler a really throaty sound!
