Unit Garage High 2-1 exhaust system for all BMW R nineT models that come with a top-mounted exhaust as standard (if you have an Urban GS with a bottom-mounted exhaust, you’ll need to order the Unit Garage High CB12333 exhaust).

The top-mounted 2-1 exhaust from Unit Garage in Italy is arguably the most radical exhaust for the BMW R nineT range. 
The short, top-mounted GP-style silencer ensures a truly uncluttered rear end. It’s so short that the rear section remains beautifully unobstructed and visible, and positioned so high up that the R9T’s stunning wheel rim is clearly on show. 
In our view, the version with the grille is clearly the coolest exhaust for any Scrambler and for anyone who wants an aggressive rear end on their R nineT. 
We’ve fitted the exhaust ourselves to our own Scrambler & Pure models.

And it all comes with an E-mark (road approval). For Swiss customers, we can also issue an additional certificate.

Unit Garage’s exhaust systems are not only very well made but also sound absolutely brilliant – something you wouldn’t expect at first glance from such a small silencer. But they really do! A lovely, deep, throaty bass.

The rear silencers come with removable DB killers.


The exhaust system is available in either stainless steel or titanium.
In the titanium version, the beautiful weld seams – which tarnish slightly due to the heat – remain visible. The titanium version is also slightly lighter.

Due to its design, the exhaust is very light and offers a weight saving of 2.8kg.

If you wish to fit the exhaust to an R nineT without the pillion seat or subframe, you will need to order an additional exhaust bracket.
There are two different options to choose from (see the accessories section in this description).
Classicbike-Raisch tip: If you ride your Scrambler or Urban GS permanently without a sub-frame and do not intend to fit one in the future, we recommend ordering the Unit Garage High exhaust system, as this has the more attractive bracket (see similar items in this description).

Fitting the system is very straightforward and can be done in no time.

On request, we can also supply the exhaust system with a black ceramic coating.

Determine for yourself what the exhaust flap does and how the exhaust sounds. You can choose between 3 levels using the switch.1. exhaust flap permanently closed2. exhaust flap works as in standard condition3. exhaust flap permanently open   The exhaust flap closes and opens depending on the engine speed and throttle position in the standard state. This has an influence on the sound and draft.With the flap open, the sound is audibly more powerful, with the flap closed, it is quieter. The engine revs up a little more willingly and with more bite when the flap is open.The loud cold start of the EU5 model can be significantly reduced with the flap closed, which even pleases the neighbors. Also very interesting for the guys with louder exhaust systems who come into an inspection... with the flap closed, even a loud exhaust becomes rather quiet.   Easy to fit, suitable for all BMW R nineT models. Mounting material included. Illustrated installation instructions are included!The small control unit is simply inserted between the actuator of the exhaust flap. This Unit Garage exhaust bracket allows you to mount your exhaust when you want to remove the pillion frame. Not everyone rides their nineT as a pair. It makes sense to remove the pillion frame for visual reasons. Since the holder for the original exhaust is integrated into the frame, this holder is needed here. The holder is also needed to mount the top-mounted Unit Garage exhaust on the Scrambler if no pillion frame is installed.

Unit Garage High 2-1 overhead exhaust system for all BMW R nineT models. The 2-1 High exhaust fits all models that have a bottom-mounted exhaust when the original pillion / subframe is fitted. If the original subframe is removed and replaced with the Unit Garage bracket (must be purchased separately), then this exhaust will also fit the models that have an overhead exhaust fitted ex works. The overhead 2-1 exhaust from the Italian company Unit Garage is probably the most radical exhaust for the BMW R nineT series. The short, overhead silencer in GP style ensures a really free rear end. So short that the rear area remains beautifully free and visible and so high up that the beautiful rim of the R9T is really visible. We have fitted the exhaust to our own Scrambler & Pure and are absolutely delighted with the exhaust system. And the whole thing comes with an E number (road approval).We can also issue an extra certificate for Swiss customers. Workmanship & sound The exhaust systems from Unit Garage are very well made and also sound more than awesome, which you wouldn't think at first glance with such a small silencer. But they really do! Really nice and throaty, muffled bass. DB-killer / grilleThe exhaust is supplied with a removable DB-killer. The grille is welded to the killer. In other words, if you want the look of an open exhaust outlet, you can remove the Db-killer together with the grille. Raisch tip for more sound: Motorcycles are getting quieter and quieter from Euro standard to Euro standard, which many people don't like. Our tip: order a second DB-killer (see accessory article below the description) and work on it a little (cut off a piece and drill more holes) to get a little more sound.
