The "The Lock" petrol cap from Classicbike-Raisch is a stylish blend of modern design and classic style. A real highlight on the tank of your BMW, where looks meet perfectly functioning technology.

Appearance & design

The design is reminiscent of a classic Monza petrol cap thanks to the upward-facing lid. The lock is cleverly concealed so that the machine looks like a classic cap without a lock - an extremely clean look for your BMW R9T / R12.

Material & function

Unlike many other manufacturers, our system is really well thought out and elaborately manufactured.
The cover not only sits loosely on the adapter with a magnet, it does not rattle and does not need to be lifted to turn.
An ingenious catch in the mechanism ensures that you simply turn the upper part until it clicks into place - relaxed refuelling guaranteed. To close it, simply turn it 180° again, click it into place and you're done. As you keep the lock from your original lid, you retain the convenience of only needing one key for your bike.

The tank cap itself and the adapter are CNC milled from a block of aluminium, then polished to give a perfectly smooth surface, anodised black and the silver milled stripes (reminiscent of the legendary propeller from the BMW logo) milled.

Assembly

All the necessary assembly materials for fitting the cover and the original lock are included in the scope of delivery.
Assembly instructions are of course also included.

Fitting clamp without mirror thread BMW Milled CB12102M / RS0

This CNC machined aluminum clamp replaces the original armature clamps. Fits all for all BMW R9T models. This makes sense when you convert the motorcycles to handlebar end mirrors, because otherwise you look at the open mirror thread of the original clamp. In addition, the clamps make optically also really what her through their high-quality surface and the milled BMW logo. Of course, this is not noticeable at first glance on the bike, but exactly on this area you look as a driver when driving all the time. Fork Caps - BMW Milled CB12457M / RS0

A pair of CNC machined aluminum caps for all BMW R nineT models with Tele fork. Matching our BMW Milled series, there are now also the fork crown caps. These replace the rather simple silver caps on the R9T fork. The caps are easily replaced within a few minutes against the original. To install the fork does not have to be removed (it must only be relieved, for example, in which the motorcycle is jacked up, or pulled by a second man on the side stand) and no special tools are needed. A pair of CNC milled aluminum expansion tank covers for BMW R nineT models. The covers are manufactured in Germany using a 3D milling process. Afterwards they are glass bead blasted and black anodized. CNC machined aluminum cover for the steering head nut of all BMW R nineT models. The original Lemkkopf nut of the R9T's is not exactly beautiful. To replace this is quite costly, because the handlebars must be disassembled for this. So we offer you here a very chic and practical cover.
