Whether you’re a laid-back cruiser or a racer – in every situation, the fork with the cartridge performs far better. 

Öhlins fork cartridge from Classicbike-Raisch, fitted by us and precisely tailored to your weight and requirements.

Technology

A cartridge insert replaces virtually all the internal components (including the spring) of an original fork. 
This effectively transforms it into an Öhlins high-end fork and makes it perform significantly better than the original.
Better tailored to you, with improved damping, more refined responsiveness and breakaway torque.

Tailored specifically to you

If you order the cartridge from us and have it fitted, it will be perfectly tuned to your rider weight and your requirements.

Please specify the following in the comments section when placing your order (last step of the ordering process): 
- Your weight (including motorcycling kit)
- Luggage weight (if carried permanently) 
- Your requirements / riding style (sporty / off-road / comfort, etc.) 

We will then select the appropriate spring for you and adjust the spring preload, rebound and compression damping to suit you perfectly. 

Essential accessories

In addition to the cartridge, you’ll need Öhlins fork springs and Öhlins fork oil. 
You’ll find both under the ‘Accessories’ section below the product description. 
Both must be ordered together. 

Fitting / Installation
Recommendation

Have the cartridge professionally fitted by us (Öhlins Service Partner). To do this, you can send us your fork legs: 
Simply add the additional item ‘Öhlins FKS fork cartridge installation’ to your order.

Or book a fitting appointment at our workshop and bring your motorbike in.

DIY installation: 
The cartridge is supplied with fitting instructions. However, both we and Öhlins advise against fitting it without specialist knowledge and an understanding of suspension technology – no support is available for fitting enquiries.

With ABE – no TÜV required

The Öhlins cartridge is supplied with ABE approval.
For you, this means: fit it, adjust it, ride it. No registration with the TÃœV is required.

If you want to have an Öhlins fork cartridge installed in our workshop (Öhlins Service Center) you have to order this article here.The price is for the installation of the cartridge with delivered fork. Seal rings and dust caps will not be changed. For higher mileage / signs of age we offer these parts & the assembly separately (see accessories in this description).If you want to do this all-inclusive, because you want to do something good for your fork or you are sure that the parts have to be done, you can order the additional article "fork disassembly / cleaning" and the set of oil seals (see accessories in this description). If this should not be done, we will of course assess the fork on site and contact you if the parts should be done.
