Wilbers fork springs Zero Friction for BMW R12
with ABE

The BMW R12 comes from the factory with a very short spring travel of just 90 mm at the front.
Doesn't sound tragic at first - but in practice this means that the fork quickly reaches its limits.

This results in the following problems in practice:

• Too much negative suspension travel

• Air chamber volume too small

• Only a small part of the travel can be used comfortably

• This leads to the fork bottoming out relatively quickly.

This is exactly where the Wilbers fork springs come in. Thanks to the adapted spring, optimised preload and a larger air chamber, the short stroke of the fork is optimally utilised.

• Better response behaviour - the fork reacts more sensitively and in a more controlled manner

• More comfort - can also be used on poor tarmac

• No bottoming out - the suspension travel is utilised more effectively

• Fitting - fitting instructions are supplied with the bike. If you are not confident enough to carry out such a conversion, you are welcome to contact us and have the conversion carried out in our workshop.

• ABE - With road licence (does not have to be registered)

Additional accessories

• Wilbers fork oil - New fork oil is required to refill the fork. You can find suitable Wilbers oil under the accessory products below the product description. We recommend 7.5 oil for the R12
