Product information "DB-Killer Zard 400er extension"
To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.
If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).

The Zard 2-2 High exhaust system with E-number is a real highlight for anyone who wants to give their Triumph Street Scrambler a new look and a really rich sound.The two massive original silencers are replaced by short, crisp stainless steel silencers - a huge upgrade both visually and in terms of sound.

Zard Short exhaust system for Triumph Bonneville T100 / T120.With E-number / street legal.
ATTENTION! The system is not approved for the T100 Euro 4 models. However, it is still supplied with an E-number for the T120.
General description of the Zard exhaust system
The Zard Short and the Slim 2-2 rear silencers have a nice muffled and full sound.
The DB-Eater can be dismantled.
All materials necessary for assembly are included in the scope of delivery.
The EC-approved rear silencers have an engraved E-number and do not need to be entered in the vehicle documents.
The sound is simply awesome! See for yourself (see video at the end of the description. The video shows a 900cc T100)
Note on the DB killers (removal & racing DB killers)To remove the DB-killer on the exhaust system, a difficult to reach spot weld has to be drilled out and milled away. The removal takes about 45 minutes of work in total.If you want us to do this, you have to order the additional item DB-killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514 (see accessories in this description).

Design & look
The two rear silencers are very close together and ensure the sleekest possible line.
The large openings of the slash cut end caps make the rear look much beefier and emphasise the off-road look of the Scrambler.
The original heat protection plate is retained.The accessory heat protection plate, which you can see in two product photos, can be found under the accessory items in this description.
Performance
The exhaust also delivers slightly more power than the standard version (see pictures for power curve).
Sound
The sound of the Scrambler is audibly throatier, but to our ears it falls short of the really big AHA effect.Sound video with original DB killers see below.
If you want a throatier and louder sound, you should also order the additional Zard Racing DB killers (see accessories - without road approval).
To remove the original DB killers, a welding point that is difficult to access must be drilled out and milled away (a little more than half an hour's work).If you want to have this done, order the additional item "DB-Killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514" (see accessories).
If that's not enough, you can also install an H-pipe (cat replacement pipe).

The Zard Short exhaust is probably the shortest exhaust you can get for the Triumph Street Twin or Street Cup.It runs directly under the engine - this ensures a really clean look and leaves the entire rear wheel visible.

Short: short design - this frees up the entire rear wheel on the Bobber.The look changes significantly and appears even cleaner and more uncompromising.

Raisch racing DB Killer for Zard short exhaust systems. More sound + more performance through more throughput. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good! With these db-killers the Zard systems get the sound they need.
