Retaining kit for fitting the Bobber / Speedmaster side covers when the original airbox has been removed.

Many people only install our Airbox Eliminator Kit for performance reasons and would prefer to keep the original side covers fitted.
As a result, it is hardly noticeable that an Airbox Eliminator Kit has been installed. Perfect for anyone who is worried about getting into trouble with the police.

The side covers are hooked in and plugged in just like the original ones. In other words, the covers can be fitted and removed in seconds.

Attention for Euro 5 + models

The retaining kit can be fitted to these models but not the original side cover.
However, the ribbed accessory side cover and the old original side covers can be fitted (the ribbed ones can be found below the description in the accessories).

Complete Airbox Eliminator Kit from Classicbike-Raisch for Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200. This kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the plastic airbox and side covers, you get a cleaner look on the open frame hole, which you can see from the side and from behind. You also get the cool look of the open DNA metal mesh air filters and the black-painted intake manifolds, which ensure that the filters are at the perfect angle to the frame. Unlike many other manufacturers, we didn't want to just develop a kit that removes the airbox and somehow attaches individual filters to the motorcycle. We wanted our kit to really give the machine power! This requires an optimal intake path, which is ensured by our intake funnels. With the appropriate mapping (Power Kit Stage 3), the performance increases by +13 hp / +15 NM – if our side pipe exhaust system is also installed and the Stage 5 mapping is applied to the motorcycle, this results in an additional performance of +29 hp / +30 NM.The kit can also be installed without new mapping and the motorcycle will get a little more power. However, we strongly recommend doing this in conjunction with new mapping (Power Kit). This will ensure that the engine runs more smoothly and you will notice a significant increase in performance. The Airbox Eliminator Kit contains everything you need: 2x aluminum cover plates for the frame 2x intake manifolds – 3D-printed and painted matt black 2x DNA metal mesh air filters 1x DNA oil filter Required installation materials Installation instructions Optional accessories: Filter care/cleaning & blackening:When new, the DNA filters are purple due to the oil they are coated with. If you don't like this, you can blacken the filters with the appropriate K&N oil.For maintenance/cleaning of the filters, we recommend ordering the air filter maintenance kit (see accessories in this description). After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple). Side cover retaining kit:If you would like the Airbox Eli Kit to be a little less conspicuous, or if you simply want to keep the original side covers, we offer a retaining kit that allows you to reinstall the original side covers without the airbox. Ripped Side Cover painted LC CB12016M / RS600

A pair of Motone high-quality ABS plastic side covers in ripped style with a shiny or matt black finish. The three slotted ribs give the side lids a really classic sporty look.A nice little side effect is that the bike also gets a little more air.The lids are painted ready for mounting. A fine, silver mesh aluminium grid is glued in behind the slots so that you can't just look through the ribs.
