Optics & technology:

  • Not much really needs to be said about the look. The pictures speak for themselves. Of course it is "only a small detail", but this conversion makes a huge difference when you see the motorbike live.
    The handlebar area is so much tidier and higher quality. And what do you look at all the time when riding? The handlebars.
    In addition, the buttons and levers feel completely different to operate.
  • The switch controls are converted from simple toggle switches to high-quality buttons (the D-Box included in the scope of delivery is used for the controls).
    All necessary controls on the motorbike are retained.
  • The brake pump raises the braking level of your Bonneville to a higher level.
    Classicbike-Raisch tip: The braking performance and pressure point are particularly awesome in combination with the Raisch brake callipers.


Installation:

  • This kit is not a simple plug & play kit.
    Advanced screwdriver skills are required.
  • The scope of delivery includes a cable assignment plan to connect the button / electronics box to the original wiring harness.
  • There are no step by step assembly instructions

Noble handlebar end turn signals from Motogadget. The housing is CNC machined from aluminum. Because the indicators are so flat and have a clear glass, they are as good as not noticeable. Nestle by the appropriate size very perfectly to most handlebar grips. Are very visible from the front and are also seen from behind (for behind, however, they are not recognized in the StvO as turn signals). Fit all handlebar sizes accessory handlebars with an Inndendurchmesser of 14mm - 21mm. In most original handlebars fit the turn signals unfortunately not. For BMW R nineT models, however, there are suitable adapters for the original handlebar (see accessory article in this description). More elegant and cleverly solved you can not install a turn signal for the front. The aluminum housing in conjunction with the clear glass pane is an absolute eye-catcher.To get a particularly clean front, we recommend the Motogadget turn signals in combination with the perfectly matching handlebar end mirrors from Motogadget to combine. We recommend the Road & Track pads.The brake calliper has a parts certificate and can be easily registered. The brake discs have a KBA R90 certificate and do not need to be registered. Details of the brake callipers: RAISCH brake caliper with four pistons, made in Germany by ABM. CNC-milled, glass bead blasted, deep black matt anodised and with a high-quality milled R logo. Probably the most beautiful and best functioning brake calliper on the market for Triumph Modern Classic models. Fits StreetTwin, Bonneville T100, Streetcup, StreetScrambler, Bobber, Bobber Black, Speedmaster, Bonneville T120 & Thruxton 1200. We have developed this beautiful brake calliper together with ABM. The result in terms of braking performance and workmanship is sensational. A centre bar makes it impossible for the caliper to warp under pressure. The difference to the standard 2-piston calipers from Nissin is striking.The visual gain speaks volumes! Although the brake is only a small part on a motorbike, a high-quality milled brake looks much better than the simple standard calipers. No adapters are required for installation as with some other solutions, as the brake calliper is mounted directly on the mount like the original. Thanks to the matching piston sizes in the caliper, the original brake pumps can be used without restriction. A great pressure point makes this calliper almost a 2-finger brake. A second brake disc on the 1-disc models is no longer needed. Extensive tests under really tough conditions by "Racinghenne" showed no fading whatsoever. On the models with two brake callipers, the braking performance is definitely raised to the level of the Thruxton R (Brembo) brakes. Anyone who has ever ridden a Thruxton R knows how big the difference is. We supply this brake calliper without brake pads. Bates Style LED headlight with bracket - LC CB12429M / RS0
5 3/4" LED Bates style lamp kit for Bonneville / Street Twin / Speed Twin 900 models. Many conversions make it much more stylish to install a nice little headlight that is attached to the triple clamp. This eliminates the need for bulky side lamp holders.The Bates-style LED headlight is the perfect blend of classic shape paired with a modern LED headlight insert. This is the perfect mix for our Modern Classic bikes. Visually, such a clear LED insert really makes a statement. However, the headlight only reveals its full power when it is switched on! On the one hand, the white LED light looks really classy, and on the other, it turns night into day, which really makes a difference when riding in the dark. Because everyone knows that the original H4 headlights are not exactly the best. The headlight is made entirely of metal and has an outer diameter of 155 mm and a depth of 110 mm with an E number. We supply this headlight including a stainless steel bracket for attachment to the lower triple clamp, where the regulator is actually located. The regulator must be relocated for this (see regulator relocation kit in the accessories section of this description). It is not necessary to relocate the regulator on the Street Scrambler.For visual reasons, we also recommend installing a fork cover (also available in the accessories). This kit is NOT a plug & play solution! To date, we have only ever installed the headlight in combination with a small Motogadget Tiny or Speedster speedometer (we don't think it looks good with the original headlight). In our conversions to date, we have always relocated the ignition lock (under the injection bar) to achieve a clean look.

The motoscope tiny is a very small analog speedometer in 49mm format. It measures the speed digitally and displays it precisely via a stepper motor and pointer. The installation diameter of 49 mm and the installation depth of only 24 mm open up a wide range of possibilities for installation. Sophisticated technology makes the classic look possible without compromise. The dial does without any display cut-out or LCD and has a convincing classic-style look. The perfect solution for purists and minimalists. Classicbike-Raisch offers some special mounting plates and materials for Motogadget instruments (you can find them all under the accessories in this description).Also, an additional box is needed to connect the speedometers on many bikes (also found under the accessories).Model specific descriptions can be found below the general description. The high quality aluminum housing is turned from solid and its surface is black anodized. The screw ring is also available black anodized or mirror polished. The case is 100% waterproof and insensitive to vibrations. The analog dial in black and white contrast is indirectly illuminated by white LEDs. Hidden behind the black part of the dial is an innovative LED display that only shines through the dial when in operation and is not visible when switched off. To achieve optimal readability in dark, sunny and twilight conditions, the luminosity of the LEDs is automatically adjusted. If the 200 km/h on the analog scale is exceeded, the speed is automatically shown on the LED display. Likewise, the maximum speed is stored. The 4 indicator lights (blue, red, 2 x green) are also integrated in the dial. These also only become visible during operation.
