Universal spacer for all kinds of panniers from accessories, so that they cannot get into the spokes.

Easy mounting on the upper shock absorber and passenger foot rests fastening.

The holders prevent on the one hand that bags can get into the wheels, on the other hand also bags can be fastened to it (e.g. with a belt, cable tie or similar).
