IXIL stainless steel slip-on exhaust for the Bonneville. With E-mark and removable DB killer.

FOR T100 WITHOUT ABE
FOR T120: ONLY FOR THE EURO 4 MODEL WITH ABE.
However, the exhaust is always supplied with ABE – if you’re unsure exactly what that means, just give us a call and we’ll explain it to you. 

A really nice, short rear silencer that creates a truly sporty silhouette. As well as its sporty, compact look, the exhaust also delivers the appropriately throaty sound that a twin-cylinder engine simply must have. Really nice and deep & bassy. 

We’ve developed special racing DB killers for this exhaust to deliver more sound than the standard version and also more power (as the original DB killer is quite restrictive). For the sound you want, whilst still having a DB killer fitted, making it look completely legal. See the ‘Accessories’ section in this product description. 
The original DB killers are additionally secured with a spot weld at the factory. To remove the DB killers, this spot weld must be milled away (afterwards, you can simply secure them with a screw and fit or remove them very easily). If you don’t want to do this work yourself, you can have us do it for you. See the accessory item in this description titled ‘DB Killer Removal’.

If you’d like the exhaust system to have a black ceramic coating, we can arrange this for you. To do so, please order the accessory item (in this description) ‘Exhaust Ceramic Coating’. Afterwards, the rear silencers will be completely black (the IXIL logo will then no longer be visible).

DB-Killer IXIL CB12367 / RS0
To be able to remove the DB killer on IXIL exhaust systems, a welding spot must be drilled out and milled away. Who does not want to do this work yourself, it can be ordered here with it.After that you can then fix our Racing DB-Killer with a supplied screw. To mount the original DB-killer two screws + nuts are needed. Attention the delivery of the exhaust system may be delayed by the removal of the DB Killer 1-3 working days (depending on the order situation in our workshop).

Raisch DB-Killer for IXIL IRONHEAD exhaust systems.More sound + more power through more flow. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB-Killer there are now three sound variants available for IXIL systems. With original DB-Killer, with Raisch DB-Killer or completely without. Our DB-Killer are without ABE. They are delivered as a pair. With the DB-Killers the exhaust sounds as it should! Nice dull bassy, a little louder than with the original DB-killer but also not too loud. And you have what in the exhaust inside, so everything looks original. In addition to the better sound, the DB killers also look much nicer due to their conical end cap (see photos).
