Unit Garage High 2-1 exhaust system for all BMW R nineT models that come with a top-mounted exhaust as standard (if you have an Urban GS with a bottom-mounted exhaust, you’ll need to order the Unit Garage High CB12333 exhaust). The top-mounted 2-1 exhaust from Unit Garage in Italy is arguably the most radical exhaust for the BMW R nineT range. The short, top-mounted GP-style silencer ensures a truly uncluttered rear end. It’s so short that the rear section remains beautifully unobstructed and visible, and positioned so high up that the R9T’s stunning wheel rim is clearly on show. In our view, the version with the grille is clearly the coolest exhaust for any Scrambler and for anyone who wants an aggressive rear end on their R nineT. We’ve fitted the exhaust ourselves to our own Scrambler & Pure models. And it all comes with an E-mark (road approval). For Swiss customers, we can also issue an additional certificate. Unit Garage’s exhaust systems are not only very well made but also sound absolutely brilliant – something you wouldn’t expect at first glance from such a small silencer. But they really do! A lovely, deep, throaty bass.The rear silencers come with removable DB killers. The exhaust system is available in either stainless steel or titanium. In the titanium version, the beautiful weld seams – which tarnish slightly due to the heat – remain visible. The titanium version is also slightly lighter. Due to its design, the exhaust is very light and offers a weight saving of 2.8kg. If you wish to fit the exhaust to an R nineT without the pillion seat or subframe, you will need to order an additional exhaust bracket.There are two different options to choose from (see the accessories section in this description).Classicbike-Raisch tip: If you ride your Scrambler or Urban GS permanently without a sub-frame and do not intend to fit one in the future, we recommend ordering the Unit Garage High exhaust system, as this has the more attractive bracket (see similar items in this description). Fitting the system is very straightforward and can be done in no time.
