A short mudguard for the bobbers, which replaces the original, quite long turned out one, as well as the gigantic traffic light system is omitted. The mudguard is unpainted, can be painted as desired or simply installed, the metal look fits very well to the Bobber (but must be painted with clear lacquer and powder-coated, otherwise the steel rust). A matching front fender in the same design is also available (see accessories in this description).
The kit has been developed as customer friendly as possible, i.e. all original mounts have been taken over, so that the Plug&Play kit can be mounted without much hassle. Included in delivery are the two milled holding braces with integrated taillight/indicator combination (with E-number). The indicator cables run inside the braces so that they can be laid as invisibly as possible.

The mudguard is available in 3 versions.
Variant 1: Raw untreated steel
Variant 2: Black silk matt powder coated (similar surface to most motorcycle frames)
Version 3: Black high gloss powder coated. This coating comes, by the extremely high-quality powder which is used, already really very close to a black shining lacquer finish (see photos)!
But you can't expect a 110% perfect surface like a painter who primes and grinds the fender before.
As the fender is made of handcrafted stainless steel, it has structure and slight unevenness (which you can easily see even after powdering). If you want it to be perfect or in a different colour, you have to prime the fender and then have it painted. However, we would still recommend to powder coat the mudguard beforehand, as this serves as a perfect rust protection (but then variant 2 Black Matt is sufficient).
