Aluminium instead of plastic

An absolute must-have for every real offroad or scrambler R12!
The original fork protectors with their rough plastic surface simply look cheap - especially in comparison to our high-quality aluminium protectors with the beautiful ribs
And to be honest: the orange reflectors just don't look right on the G/S - they have to go!

Perfect fit

Our protectors are manufactured with slotted holes so that you can adjust them individually - regardless of whether your bike is completely original or already slightly modified.
Of course, all the necessary mounting material is included in the scope of delivery.
The conversion is plug & play and can be completed in just a few minutes.

This 2mm thick top-mounted aluminium mudguard in Scrambler style, from the Triumph original accessories, is mounted underneath the original triple clamp of the Scrambler. This is the only way to get the real off-road Scrambler look! Because an off-road motorbike has the front mudguard sitting far above the front wheel! Everything needed for mounting is included in the scope of delivery. The mudguard is available in brushed silver (like the other aluminium add-on parts on the Scrambler 1200) or powder-coated black.

Dakar underrun protection from Classicbike-Raisch for all Triumph Scrambler 1200 models. Materials & Manufacture:  The skid plate is made entirely in Germany. It is laser-cut and folded at one of our partner companies in the region, then welded in-house (as can be seen in the photos, this ensures a very neat weld).The precise manufacturing ensures an excellent fit, which makes installation easier. The guard is made from 3 mm aluminium. This is the perfect thickness, offering sufficient protection without being unnecessarily heavy. Furthermore, aluminium is weather-resistant and cannot rust. Protection & Design: The engine guard not only looks rugged and stylish, it also provides genuine protection for your engine, frame and all other vital components in the lower section of the motorbike should you ever take a tumble. It’s definitely more than just a stone guard! A proper scrambler definitely needs a solid engine guard, and that’s exactly what you get with the Dakar Protector. Fitting: Fitting is quick and easy. All the necessary fitting materials and fitting instructions are included in the delivery. Finishes: - Black powder-coated: The engine guard is powder-coated in black after welding, giving it a beautiful, deep black finish.- Raw aluminium: The aluminium remains untreated, leaving the attractive weld seams fully visible. You then have the option of leaving the aluminium as it is or, for example, brushing it to achieve an attractive finish.
