A pair of Classicbike-Raisch fork protectors for the Triumph Scrambler 1200.
Made in Germany!

An absolute must on any real off road & scrambler machine. The original protectors in the rough plastic surface just look cheap compared to our high quality aluminum protectors.
The plates are provided with light slotted holes to get a perfect alignment on any machine. All necessary mounting hardware is included.

The original fender is not required if you remove the original plastic protectors.

Our recommendation is to install a high fender, because it fits much better to a Scrambler.
Suitable fenders can be found in the accessories section of this description.

In the black version, the protectors are powder coated.
In the silver brushed version, the protectors are brushed by hand and then clear anodised. This gives them almost the same surface as the original mudguards.

This 2mm thick top-mounted aluminium mudguard in Scrambler style, from the Triumph original accessories, is mounted underneath the original triple clamp of the Scrambler. This is the only way to get the real off-road Scrambler look! Because an off-road motorbike has the front mudguard sitting far above the front wheel! Everything needed for mounting is included in the scope of delivery. The mudguard is available in brushed silver (like the other aluminium add-on parts on the Scrambler 1200) or powder-coated black.

Sump Guard - Dakar CB12666.1M / RS-1
Dakar underride guard from Classicbike-Raisch for all Triumph Scrambler 1200 models. Material & production: The underride guard is completely made in Germany. It is laser-cut + edged by one of our partner companies in the region & then welded in-house (as can be seen in the photos, this ensures a very nice weld seam).The precise manufacturing guarantees a very good fit, which makes installation easier. The cover is made of 3 mm aluminum. This is the perfect material thickness that offers sufficient protection without being unnecessarily heavy. In addition, aluminum is weather-resistant and cannot rust. Protection & design: The engine guard not only looks beefy and stylish, it also really protects your engine, frame and all other important parts in the lower area of the motorcycle should you ever touch down with your bike. It is definitely more than just a stone guard! A proper scrambler definitely needs solid engine protection and that's exactly what you get with the Dakar Protector.   Installation: Installation is quick and easy. All the necessary mounting materials are included in the scope of delivery.   Surfaces: - Black powder-coated: The mudguard is powder-coated black after welding, giving it a beautiful, deep black finish.- Raw aluminum: The aluminum remains untreated and the beautiful weld seams remain fully visible. You then have the option of leaving the aluminum as it is or, for example, brushing it to achieve a beautiful polished finish.   Accessories: The engine guard looks particularly good in combination with our ripped radiator grille / fork guard / chain guard / retro exhaust cover. Sahara High Mount Fender
Sahara High Mount Fender CB12150M / RS0
A large & high set handmade GRP fender made from high quality fiberglass. Made in Spain at Triumph forge Tamarit Motorcycles. The fender attaches to the upper triple clamp. This allows the original fender, which is above the front wheel, to be removed. Because a real Scrambler that wants to look like an adult off-road motorcycle (as the Scrambler 1200 is one) has a top-mounted fender, like a motocross! The large fender also protects very well from splashing dirt off-road. The fender is available in unpainted (Raw) as well as in all Triumph original colors. The most common Triumph colors as well as the unpainted parts we actually always have in stock. A color we don't have in stock will take about 2-8 weeks until it is available. Dimensions: 60x22x18 cm Please note, this part is a handmade fiberglass part. Such parts can never be 100% accurate and equal. That is, it may be that times a mounting hole slightly re-drilled / worked.
