The Side Pipes are in our eyes the nicest exhausts for a Bobber. It's nice and short, freeing up the rear of the bike. In addition, the much thicker manifolds than the original ones, as well as the short beefy rear mufflers make the Bobber look beefier.
The system is a complete system. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the original and look much more massive. The original catalytic converter is retained.The side pipe system is 4.8kg lighter than the original exhaust of the Bobber.
The sound is nice and rich and muffled. Customers can choose from 6 sound variants with the Side Pipe exhaust system: - Standard with the built-in DB-killers (which can be removed with one screw).- Racing DB-killer, with which the motorcycle is louder but still DB-killers are installed (must be ordered separately, see accessory items in this description).- Without DB-Killer - With cat flap removed: A plate is welded (only tacked) between the manifold pieces, which ensures that the exhaust gases are forced to pass through the cat. The plate can be cut out, so that the exhaust gases are then routed directly through the manifold. So you get a straight pipe and the cat is almost dead. This option can also be used with the 3 different DB-killer variants. You can also see the plate under the product photos.

The Mohave stainless steel exhaust for all Triumph Scrambler 1200 models is probably the coolest exhaust available for the Scrambler and comes with road approval / E-number. The Euro 5 version also includes a catalytic converter, as this has been moved from the manifold to the silencer on the Euro 5 models, hence the price difference of €120 between the Euro 4 and Euro 5 versions.
The Mohave exhaust system is a slip-on system, i.e. it replaces the two large original rear silencers. The rest of the original exhaust system (manifold + catalytic converter for EU4) is retained. This makes changing the exhaust very quick and easy.
Compared to the original exhaust, the Mohave saves almost 5 kg (see below for exact weight difference).
The Mohave exhaust not only looks brutally cool, it also sounds extremely cool! The two short rear silencers produce a really deep and muffled roar, even with the DB killers fitted.The DB killers can also be removed for those who want even more sound. However, the grille at the end of the exhaust is then removed (see photos).The exhaust system is handmade in Italy. Unit Garage 2-2 overhead titanium exhaust system with E-number for all Scrambler 1200 models.
The overhead 2-2 exhaust of the company Unit Garage from Italy consists of two really nice short mufflers in GP style.
Euro 4 models: with E-number (road approval). For Swiss customers we can also issue an extra certificate.Euro 5 models: The exhaust system is still delivered with E-number, because it is the same as on the Euro 4 machine. However, on the Euro 5 models the CAT is factory fitted in the rear silencer, so the E-number of the Unit Garage exhaust does not apply to the Euro 5 model.
The exhausts from Unit Garage are on the one hand very well made and on the other hand also sound more than cool, which you would not think at first glance with such a small muffler. But they really do! Really nice throaty, dull bass.
The rear silencers are supplied with removable DB-killer. The good thing about the Unit Garage DB-killers is that they are not like most other manufacturers at the exhaust end, but at the very beginning. This makes the exhaust look nice and open and empty.
The exhaust is very light by design and provides a weight saving of 3.5kg.
The assembly is the system is very simple and done in a short time.
On request, we can also supply the exhaust system in black ceramic coated.

The two rear silencers are positioned very close together in order to achieve the slimmest possible line. The very high-quality stainless steel silencers are really short and crisp and, as the name suggests, are somewhat reminiscent of a Moto GP exhaust. Such a beautifully short exhaust system underlines the sporty line of the Speed Twin & Thruxton. The rather chunky original exhaust is always a bit of a nuisance on the motorcycles. If the exhaust is a little too small and sporty for you, the Zard Conical is just the thing. The exhaust also delivers slightly more power than the standard exhaust (see pictures for power curve). However, if you really want more power, we recommend fitting our performance kits.
The sound is already audibly better and throatier with the exhaust, but to our ears it doesn't have the desired AHA effect that you would hope for. Very high quality and well finished stainless steel muffler, in a classic, conical shape. The mufflers are in vergelich to the original, which are quite clunky and disturbing to the eye, nice and snug on the bike. Who would rather have it a little more minimal and sporty, we recommend the ZARD GP exhaust.
A little more power brings the exhaust compared to the series also (power curve see pictures). But if you really want more power, we recommend our performance kits to install.

Very high-quality and well processed stainless steel exhaust system from ZARD, with a nice short rear silencer in GP style.Optically a really cool and minimalistic thing! On the right side you have a nice crisp, short exhaust and on the left motorcycle side nothing at all!
The exhaust system brings in addition also still correctly achievement (in the point nearly 5 Ps, see achievement curve in the photos). If you are looking for even more power, we recommend to use one of our power kits.
Also the sound of the exhaust is just balm for the ears. Despite the rather small rear silencer, the 270° 1200ccm engine with the exhaust system sounds really dull and bass! The system is delivered with a removable DB-Killer. This one, however, has very little passage and spoils the sound a bit. If you don't want to drive without the original one, but it's too small and too quiet, we recommend our Zard Racing DB-Killer (see accessories in this description).

Hot Rod complete exhaust system for Bonneville T120 / T100 & Street Twin with E-number.The exhaust system is ONLY approved for the Bonneville T120.
Euro 5 models from 2021: On these models, the exhaust also fits. However, it is NOT homologated for the Euro 5 models (i.e. the model is behind the E-number on the exhaust is not deposited with). In addition, the cat box or an X-pipe from a Euro 4 model must be installed!The manifolds can easily be connected to the original KAT box. So the exhaust system is homogated and streets legal. The very good quality and fitting accuracy, provide for a high-quality optics and a problem-free cultivation. To assembly still new elbow seals are needed (see accessories in this description).The rear silencers are delivered with DB-Killer (which you can also upgrade for more sound). If the exhaust is not loud enough, you can also replace the KAT box with an X-Pipe (see accessories in this description).Since the exhaust system weighs only approx. 5Kg, there is a weight saving compared to the series: Bonneville 7kg (series 12kg) / Thruxton 5kg (series 10kg).The exhaust system also brings a bit of performance (see performance curve in the photos). These X-Pipes replace the original Kat-Box / front silencer, which provides a much more pithy sound. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good! With these db-killers the Zard systems get the sound they need.

The exhaust is equipped with removable DB-killers for all who would like the sound to be even more nimble. We also offer Racing DB-Killers especially made for this exhaust system. They give you a nice, crunchy sound (as it should be), but it still looks legal, because there is a DB-Killer in it (see accessories in this description).

IXIL Ironhead stainless steel exhaust for Thruxton 1200 & SpeedTwin 1200. The exhaust has an E-number and is therefore street legal for all Euro 4 models.Attention! The approval only applies to Euro 4 models - the exhaust is NOT homologated for Euro 5 models (but the E number is still on the silencer, so nobody will probably ever notice).
A really nice short muffler that provides a really sporty line. The exhaust provides in addition to the sporty short optics also for the suitably pithy sound, which must have a 2-cylinder. Really nice muffled & bassy.
There are special racing DB killer developed by us for the exhaust for more sound than series and also more power (because the original DB killer is quite too). For a sound as you want it and still have a DB killer installed, making it look completely legal. The exhaust is made of stainless steel and it is available in brushed or polished. With the exhaust you get a really rich dull sound, already with DB-Killern and who wants it to have a real kernel the DB-Killer raus. If you do not like the laser engraved Shark logo, we can polish it out (see article in the accessories of this description)
2-2 stainless steel complete system in side pipe - hot rod design, suitable for our Triumph Twin.
This exhaust system gives your Triumph a whole new look and the whole thing with E-number & street legal.The Hot Rod system is a complete system & has catalytic converters installed in both pipes. The manifold pipes are much thicker than the original ones and look much more massive. Also, the exhaust system has an indifference pipe (connecting pipe between the two pipes, which is very important for power and torque). The original catalytic converter is replaced. By eliminating the rear muffler and the original cat box, a decent amount of weight is saved.
The exhaust system comes with removable DB killers. So if the exhaust is not loud enough for you, you can simply remove them. The system has a nice rich muffled sound.
The Hot Rod system is of very high quality and we handmade in Italy.

A real Scrambler traditionally has an overhead exhaust. But an overhead exhaust also brings some disadvantages, especially heat! It quickly becomes uncomfortably hot on the leg to the point of burning.For all those who find this very disturbing, there is now this chic exhaust from the house Zard. A rear muffler in off road design (with removable DB killers), complete stainless steel manifold (in the racing version without KAT) and a really chic aluminum side cover. This kit messes up the look of the Scrambler no way! On the contrary, through the exposed side view, the bike looks even more beautiful and especially the rear tidier.In addition, the exhaust system of the Scrambler also gives a whopping weight savings of 5kg! Adjusting the mapping is not necessary, but would certainly bring performance, since the KAT is omitted from the exhaust.The sound is really nice rich and muffled!

A pair of stainless steel racing manifolds for the Thruxton 1200 & SpeedTwin.
These manifolds replace the original manifold & catbox. The motorcycle can then be ridden without a catalytic converter. The original exhaust or any other accessory exhaust can still be used. By removing the catbox, the sound becomes significantly throatier. The manifolds also deliver more power than the originals with catbox. The performance measurements on the dyno rides (see pictures) were carried out with the rear silencers open. Individual tuning of the motorcycle on a dynamometer is recommended. A power commander is then also required for tuning.
The manifolds are designed with an indifferent pipe. However, with Arrow this only serves as a holder (the manifolds are continuous and the pipe is closed - so there is no connection from the left to the right manifold). The manifold can be easily opened with a hole saw or a milling cutter (at the point where the indifference tube is welded on) and a connection can then be made between the two manifolds. We think this makes a lot of sense as it increases performance.
Stainless steel exhaust from Remus, suitable for Street Twin / Speed Twin 900 Euro 5 models. Significantly slimmer and considerably shorter than the original exhaust, which makes for a sporty short line.The exhaust also fits the old Euro 4 models. However, the E-number engraved on the exhaust is not homologated.

Motone Odin exhaust system in GP style for water cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
Odin exhausts are made from rolled 300 stainless steel. The mufflers are hand welded and extra not ground so that the beautiful welds remain visible. These are nicely tarnished and give the exhaust system a very special look.
The quality & fit is really absolute top class just like the sound!
Unfortunately, the exhausts are without E-number. Not because they are too loud, but simply because such an approval is now much too expensive. The systems are supplied with removable DB-killer. If you leave them in, the exhaust system is not too loud and you will not be noticed anywhere. If you take them out, the sound is much more throaty but also not too loud (because the catalytic converter still dampens away a lot). Who wants to have it really throaty & loud, the catalyst must still replace by an X-pipe (see accessory article in this description).

The Norman Hyde systems have a very nice sound. Really nice muffled & bassy. The exhausts are nice and tight to the bike and are a good deal shorter than the original. Classic bottle design as it must be on an English motorcycle. The exhausts are made of steel chrome plated, which rounds off the classic look skillfully.

The switch to a bottom-mounted 2-1 exhaust on a Scrambler 1200 also makes technical sense.
Many riders are bothered by the rather strong heat development on the leg with an overhead exhaust. This problem no longer exists with a bottom-mounted exhaust system.

Unit Garage lower exhaust for Triumph Speed & Scrambler 400 models.
The lower exhaust from Unit Garage in Italy is a very special exhaust. Because no other exhaust is so short! A GP look as it is written in the book.And the whole thing comes with an E number (road approval). We can also issue a special certificate for Swiss customers.
The exhaust systems from Unit Garage are not only very well made, they also sound more than awesome, which you wouldn't think at first glance with such a small silencer. But they really do! They give the 1-cylinder a really throaty sound!
The rear silencers are supplied with removable DB killers.
The rear silencer is available with or without grille (see photos). The advantage of the grille is that you can no longer really see whether the DB-killer is fitted or not.
Due to its design, the exhaust is very light and ensures a considerable weight saving.
The exhaust can also be supplied with a black coating on request.
Additional heat protection for the manifold of your Triumph Scrambler.
A well-known problem with Scrambler bikes is that the manifold gets very hot, which is particularly unpleasant and annoying in the leg area.
Here is the solution to this problem.
This heat protection is simply screwed over the original one and makes the heat on the manifold more bearable (especially if you come into contact with the ground with your feet).
The protection also looks very good.
A pair of metal exhaust clamps in clean stealth design, optionally in polished or black.
Not everyone likes the klassich manifold stars that are installed as standard on the Modern Classic Triumphs. Here we have now the solution for all those customers. These simple rings replace the original stars 1 to 1. The change is very easy. Just unscrew the original ones (they are split in two and can be easily separated in the middle by a screw. Say the manifold must not be dismantled or loosened). The stealth rings are then simply attached exactly as again.

Bobber Euro 5 models from 2021: The exhaust also fits these models. However, it is NOT homologated for the Euro 5 models (i.e. the model is not included behind the E-number on the exhaust).Bonneville Euro 5 models: Unfortunately, the exhaust does not fit the Euro 5 models on the Bonneville. Speedmaster 1200: The exhaust system also fits the Speedmaster, but is not homologated for it.Bonneville T100: The exhaust system also fits the T100, but is not homologated for it.
With its classic bottle shape, the exhaust gives your Triumph a very nice and subtle nostalgic touch, just like you know it from the old days. The exhaust is supplied with a removable DB killer. With the original killers, you get a better sound with the exhaust, but not the sound that most customers are hoping for (the original motorcycle already sounds too throaty for that). The only option here is to remove the DB-killer and ride without it, or to install our racing DB-killer. These sound almost the same as without. But there is something inside (see accessories in this description).

Stainless steel Mohave complete exhaust system for Triumph Scrambler 1200 Euro 5 models from 2024 is probably the hottest exhaust available for the Scrambler, and it's street legal with an e-number. The Mohave exhaust system is a complete system. That means it comes complete with manifolds, mufflers and the rear heat shields.Not only is the exhaust system an absolute visual highlight, it also saves a decent amount of weight compared to the series. The Mohave Exhaust not only looks awesome, but also sounds extremely powerful!The two short mufflers, which also have built-in DB killers, ensure a powerful, throaty rumble.The DB killers can also be removed for those who want even more sound. However, the grille at the exhaust end is then no longer available (see photos).For those who want a slightly throatier sound but don't want to remove the DB killers completely, we also offer racing DB killers (see accessories in this description).The exhaust system is handmade in Italy. The original, top-mounted exhaust on the Scrambler is very attractive, but also impractical. The waste heat when riding is sometimes very unpleasant. This problem is solved with a bottom-mounted exhaust.
The Unit Garage GP exhaust system is a complete system including manifold. The system is without catalytic converter (therefore also without road approval). The sound of the system is a dream! Really nice and throaty and really loud. A removable DB-killer is installed in the rear silencer.
The system is 6 kg lighter than the original system.

The Short Slash Cut exhaust system for Triumph Bobber / Speedmaster 1200 is a really nice short & crisp exhaust, which provides a very radical and clean look in the rear of the Bobber.The slip on mufflers can be easily plug & play replaced with the original ones. The exhaust can be installed with the original cat box as well as with an X-pipe.
The system provides a throaty, powerful sound. If the original cat box remains installed, the exhaust is in our opinion still absolutely socially acceptable drivable. If an X-pipe is additionally installed, then the exhaust already makes really proper noise (exactly the right thing for all those who like it really loud).

The tips are simply plugged into the manifold end and then attached. This makes for a really radical and short exhaust look.

With the DB-Killers the exhaust sounds as it should! Nice dull bassy, a little louder than with the original DB-killer but also not too loud. And you have what in the exhaust inside, so everything looks original.
