Important: The ABE approval certificate must always be carried whilst riding. Handlebar risers with height adjustment and offset towards the rider for the BMW R12 G/S with ABE approval – 30mm higher / 26mm offset towards the rider  Would you like your R12 G/S to be a bit more comfortable, with a slightly more upright riding position? Then this handlebar clamp is just the thing for you. The original G/S handlebars are, fundamentally, already very good and well-suited (the width in particular is quite well chosen for the bike). But many riders would like the handlebars to be just a tad higher and closer to the rider. You get both with the Hepco & Becker handlebar riser clamps. Particularly for riders with arms that aren’t too long, the risers ensure a more upright riding position, which takes the strain off, especially on long rides.  Fitting  Fitting the risers is straightforward and no other modifications to the motorbike are required. You’ll find the fitting instructions in advance amongst the downloads in this product description. ABE / Road-legal The clamps are supplied with an ABE. This means you can simply fit them and continue to ride legally. Registration with the TÜV is NOT required.  

CNC-machined handlebar risers for the BMW R9T Scrambler & R9T Urban GS.These handlebar risers not only look significantly higher quality than the originals, they also ensure a more ergonomic and comfortable riding position. Fitting the risers raises the handlebars by 10 mm and brings them 30 mm closer to the rider (all cables will still fit). For a particularly attractive look, we recommend ordering the Rizoma upper single clamps or the ‘bone’ as well (see accessories listed in this description). The risers come with a TÜV certificate and are therefore type-approved.
