This adjustment makes the speedometer less obtrusive, while it remains easy to read from the rider's perspective. The bracket is made of aluminum, folded, then slide-ground and finished with a satin black powder coating. The speedometer down kit is also ideal for anyone who wants to convert their R nineT from a dual to a single speedometer. The original rubbers are still used to mount the speedometer on rubber bearings as in the original. This not only provides a stable mount, but also protects the electronics in the speedometer from vibrations. Fitting the bracket is uncomplicated and time-saving. No additional cable routing or shortening is required, as we have made sure that everything can be fitted plug & play.

Aluminium speedo cover for the TFT speedo of the BMW R12 & R12 nineT from AC Schnitzer.   This high-quality CNC-milled aluminium cover skilfully upgrades the original TFT speedometer of your BMW R12. The original speedometer display and the size itself are already very nice from the factory.  The plastic cover on the back, on the other hand, is very simple and looks cheap.  With the cover from AC Schnitzer, this is a thing of the past. The cover replaces the original plastic cap and sets skilful accents with its milled areas.    Installation is very simple and quick.
