The Norman Hyde systems have a very nice sound. Really nice muffled & bassy. For those who find the sound with the completely open exhaust system too loud, we also offer extra DB-killers, which we have developed for the Norman Hyde exhaust systems. The exhausts are nice and tight to the bike and are a good deal shorter than the original. Classic bottle design as it must be on an English motorcycle. The exhausts are made of steel chrome plated, which rounds off the classic look skillfully.
With matching mapping or other carburetor jets, the exhaust provides more power. We recommend here our power kits or a reprogramming of the ECU (depending on whether you have a carburetor or injector model).

These DB Killer put the sound pressure in contrast to the originals strongly down, so that no neighbor is disturbed in the morning. A much deeper, nicer sound than the series system remains in any case. Is in a few seconds in and removed again. At the NH exhausts is a 4 hole in the factory (this must be drilled for our DB killer to 5mm to ensure a secure hold of the killer). Our special, for the Norman Hyde systems developed DB-killers have a screw welded at the end, who is the sound with the killers too leiste, which can still make this screw out for more sound.

Scrambler Shotgun rear silencer PAAR: Absolutely powerful sound and cool look for a small price. Is not as loud as it looks, because the inner workings of the two mini mufflers were extensively modified and damped by us. So with little gas still absolutely drivable in the city. When pulling on the gas, then the heartwarming Blubber sound of the 270 degree parallel twin really comes into its own. Vintage lamp. 5 3/4 inch black with chrome ring. Comes with stand light bulb but without H4 bulb. The headlight has a cutout on the case for our DAYTONA VELONA tachos. If no tachometer is used, the supplied cap can be inserted into the hole.
Headlight 5 3/4 with LED light ring, metal housing chromium-plated, H4, 12V 60/55 W, side mounting, E-tested. Lamp holder 143T024 is necessary. Ignition lock must be installed.
Raisch lamp holder with T logo. PAIR! With this beautiful, rustic holder, the original lamp is set a little lower, resulting in a nicer overall line. It also brings the headlight a little closer to the motorbike.
The holder is slid over the standpipe of the fork (as some models originally have). This gives the fork a nice thick look and there is less chrome to be seen.

Standpipe for Bonnie The standpipe at the front is the fastest curve in a fall. Here is cheap replacement of identical quality as the original ones.
For Thruxton there is unfortunately nothing from the accessories, there fit only the origianeln, which are therefore somewhat more expensive.
Gabel Cartridge Umbau RAISCH. Wir bauen Ihre Gabel komplett auf ein Ventil gesteuertes System mit neuen (auf das Fahrergewicht abgestimmte) Gabelfedern um. Dadurch wird die einfache Seriengabel, welche nach dem alten Zweirohrsystem arbeiten, zu einer hochmodernen Gabel mit einem voll einstellbarem Cartridge System. Flat shock absorbers for Thruxton or Bonneville. 307 mm long. It can not be flatter. These Ikon spring struts are specially built by us. The system is equipped with a very hard spring. In addition, we add an end stop to limit the stroke. Only works in conjunction with our Heck-Eliminator Kit (See BODYPARTS). A passenger operation is no longer possible. Not only the engine and tires are subject to constant wear, but also the fork.
Far too little attention is often paid to this issue. Of course, a fork that has gone 20 TKM or more without maintenance still works, the only question is how well or badly? One thing is certain, wear does not happen overnight, it is a gradual process that you don't notice immediately, you often get used to the deteriorating condition.
The fork contains Teflon-coated brass bushings that guide the inner and outer fork tubes towards each other. Every up and down movement causes wear here. The Teflon coating wears away until it is worn through at some point and the fork tubes only slide on the brass, which of course does not have a positive effect on the wear of the tubes.
This abrasion is then reflected in the fork oil, which eventually becomes quite dirty and can no longer work as well as new oil. If, for example, you pour off the fork oil from a fork that has several thousand kilometers behind it, it is just a black sludge that no longer has much to do with fork oil.
We do not want to spread panic here, but we are of the opinion that there is a need for action! We have already had forks where the bushings were completely worn out after just 10TKM, and some that were still OK after 15TKM. This is due to manufacturing tolerances of the fork tubes, the riding style (many rides on mountain passes with lots of heavy braking manoeuvres naturally put more strain on the fork) and whether a fork stabilizer is installed (this also counteracts wear, as the fork twists significantly less when braking).
Hence our recommendation.
After a good 10 TKM mileage, the fork should be disassembled. Replace the bushings if necessary (usually only the ones on the chrome-plated stanchion wear out. Triumph does not offer the necessary bushings and recommends the complete replacement of the stanchions. (We think this is a senseless waste of money). In any case, change the oil, lube the inner tubes, hollow out the outer tubes, replace the oil seals + dust caps and ideally install sensible ÖHLINS fork springs (cost € 139 per pair) + use the appropriate oil.
Fork overhaul at our premises:
Fork disassembly + reassembly, complete cleaning of the fork, renewal of all worn sliding bushes, lapping of stanchions, hollowing of outer tubes, renewal of oil seals + dust caps, renewal of fork oil (thicker oil for better damping, tried and tested by us and highly recommended!!!).
You can send us your fork, we will carry out the work and send it back to you. Or you can come to our workshop with your bike by appointment and we will carry out all the work. If you wish, you can also wait for your motorcycle. Coffee is included free of charge!

High-quality heated grips for your Triumph Bonneville / Thruxton or Scrambler.
The Koso heated grips are stylish and unobtrusive. No bulky external adjuster or similar will detract from the look of your motorbike.
The heated grips HG17 can be attached to all standard motorcycles and are designed with an integrated adjustable thumb switch. The integrated thumb switch allows the driver to adjust the temperature of the handles safely without having to take their hands off the handlebars.

Magura throttle grip wheel handle throttle handle with cable pulling out parallel to the handlebar model 314. Quality from good old Germany - DUO adjustable (motocross or enduro) short or long way. Voteile: Much more exact, almost play-free, more spontaneous response, a train remains as a substitute. There is no requirement that a pull and push pull must be driven, and is not necessary from our point of view. The throttle cable has to be slightly modified (an exact instruction must be made with the delivery).

Secondary air system Eliminator Kit. Prevents exhausting and prevents the elbows from becoming so hot. Do the engine well. Easy to assemble and remove at any time. These screws are made of ALU. Engine cover screws stainless steel hexagon in untreated or with black coated heads. BONNIE + THRUX + SCRAMB .. Replaces the rather simple hexagon socket head cap screws and hexagon socket screws are simply higher quality and look better .. To the black screws:
All included screws are A2-70 stainless steel and have been powder coated in a nice black matte. Optically great, if the screws should not attract attention. No chipping off the paint! The screws are neatly packed in bags for the respective engine cover. The exchange is thus very easy. It is exchanged one screw after the other. As a result, no new seals are needed. Carburetor stainless steel screw kit. Replaces the very soft Philippsschrauben of the original Keihin CVK carburetor. At some time their heads are gauged, and then bored. Easy to exchange.

We fit the carburetors to specific models. Visually, the carburetor conversion is hardly noticeable. But it is very noticeable. The FCR flat slide turns your Triumph carburetor into a different motorcycle! The more power and the much more direct response behavior make the motorcycle significantly more fun to ride.
K & N air filter.BONNIE + THRUX + SCRAMB. Replaces the original air filter. Holds forever and lets more air through. No need to change the carburettor. Also to be seen as a good basis for the high-performance exhaust systems.
K & N exhaust filters all models. Carburetors require gasoline and no residues. The crankshaft ventilation, which is usually connected directly to the original air filter, causes oil and other engine residues to get into the intake manifold and are also combusted. This affects the performance of the engine since no clean combustion takes place. Therefore the residues should be collected better by a ventilation filter which can be cleaned easily and quickly if necessary. Due to its small dimensions, it can be accommodated anywhere in the engine compartment.

Raisch Big Bore Kit 865 cc. Compression 10,5:1. for all engines. Displacement expansion for all 790cc engines or also as revision for the 865 or 790cc engines that have already run a lot of km. If you want to install the kit in your motorcycle, you have to send us your cylinder (or the whole motorcycle). These will then be bored and newly Nikasil coated. This is much higher quality and more durable than new liners that are pressed in (as other manufacturers offer). CDI Steuereinheit für mehr Leistung + höhere Drehzahl. Mit dieser CDI Einheit wird die Höchstdrehzahl erst bei 8500 U/min abgeriegelt. Das ist noch im absolut unkritischen Bereich. Optimale Zündkurve für spürbare Mehrleistung ab 4500 U/min. Ca. 10% mehr Drehmoment. Diese Mehrleistung ergibt sich aus einem optimalen Zündzeitpunkt, da das Serienmapping in diesem Bereich die Leistung wegnimmt, um die Abgaswerte zu verbessern. Powercommander V für alle Einspritzmotoren. Endlich mehr Druck für die Einspritzer. Bringt in Verbindung mit einem K&N Luftfilter + unserem großen Luftfilterdeckel + einem vernünftigen Auspuff richtig viel mehr Fahrspaß. Aber auch mit Original Auspuff wird schon spürbar mehr Drehmoment abgeliefert. Da die ab Hersteller bereitgestellten SET ups nicht den erhofften Erfolg brachten, liefern wir den Powercommander mit unserem eigenen SET up aus. Das Magerruckeln wird abgestellt. Die Gasannahme wird viel sanfter, wie bei guten Vergasern. Dadurch werden die Lastwechsel viel harmonischer. Unsere Maps wurden aufwendig mit einem Autotuner auf der Staße unter realen Bedingungen erstellt. Ist besser als jeder Leistungsprüfstand. Dieser Powercommander wird einfach zwischen Stecker und der Serien ECU unter der Sitzbank gesteckt und bleibt daher von außen unsichtbar. Er lässt sich jederzeit wieder entfernen, und damit ist der Serienzustand wieder hergestellt, da der Powercommander das Serien Steuergerät nicht verändert. Natürlich ist der Betrieb nur auf Rennstrecken erlaubt. Haha!Wird mit speziellem Raisch Set up ohne Aufpreis geliefert. Mittlerweile hat sich durch viele Kunden bestätigt ein wirklich enormer Leistungszuwachs ergeben. Es ist erstaunlich was da an sofort spürbarer Leistung mit dem RAISCH Setting dazu kommt. Kein hohles Geschwätz. Die Motorräder bringen echt mehr Fahrspaß. Hier mal 2 Statements von Fahrern als PDF Datei zum runter laden. KLICKEN. Sehr einfache Selbstmontage. Wird er wieder abgeklemmt ist alles wieder wie im Originalen Zustand (TÜV oder ASU Messungen), und an an dem Triumph Steuergerät kann nichts nachgewiesen werden. Wir liefern den Powercommander mit unseren RAISCH Maps für die Einspritzung. Dazu empfehlen wir unbedingt unseren großen Luftfilterdeckel Nr: 21125725 für 29,90.
Bei der Bestellung in der Bemerkung bitte mit angeben, was sonst noch an dem Motorrad gemacht wurde (sprich Auspuff, offener Luftfilter-Deckel etc.)

Cylinder head processing + combustion chamber radiate. Smoothing, optimizing and machining the cylinder head. The working condition of the cylinder head does not look particularly optimal. Here, the expert can still adapt many burrs and edges for better penetration of the gases. Your cylinder head must be delivered. Processing time by appointment. We make this work 100% as if it were our own engine and therefore need a lot of hours of pure manual work and expensive milling heads and pens. The optimization of the valves see next position is mandatory. Our cylinder head tuning has been and is constantly on a FLOW BENCH (flow bench) The cylinder head is only executed in connection with the processing of the valves!
Valves: 8 pieces. Valve seats milling with new angles, aligning transitions + Grinding the valve cone at a suitable angle. The 2-cylinder engines react very gratefully to this machining, because the filling and the outlet in the cylinders is really more optimal due to the larger surfaces. 8 new valve stem seals are required for this measure, but this is included in the price.
