Classicbike-Raisch Ripped aluminum chain guard suitable for the air-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models.
This chain guard was not simply copied from the original like most other accessory chain guards and then slightly modified visually. It was designed to run as flat as possible over the chain and has the same line as the swingarm to look visually optimal. Because both the original chain guards as well as most of the accessories, have a lot of air upwards to the chain. Nevertheless, our chain guard is granted that this does not get contact with the chain when driving.In addition, the protection is much shorter than the original which protrudes far beyond the sprocket. This looks visually much better and more harmonious. A good splash protection is thus widely granted.
The Raisch chain protectors are made of 2mm aluminum. The black chain protectors are powder coated, which ensures a deep black tone for years.

The Short chain guard kits define a chain guard completely new. As minimalist as possible and running close to the chain, they provide a radical design and fulfill their most important purpose (not to get into the chain).In the chain guards is the design aspect absolute priority and not the splash protection (true to the motto: Who wants to be beautiful must suffer). A reasonably lubricated chain with modern, high-quality chain grease (such as the Motul Chain Lube) from our range but also do not splash much.
In the kits, everything is included that is needed for assembly.Depending on the model, the scope of delivery still includes an additional chain guard fin, which is mounted in the middle of the swingarm to guarantee protection here as well.

A pair of fork springs that work like our well-known fork covers. These are inserted between the upper and lower triple clamp. So you get the look of a classic Springer fork. That is times oldschool!
For assembly, the upper triple clamp must be taken down and then the springs are simply pushed over the fork tube.
Mandatory is that you have a headlight mounted, which is attached centrally and not with lamepnhaltern, which sit as original on the fork. (Suitable headlights see accessories article in this description).
Note Thruxton: Who wants to mount the springs on a Thruxton, it must shorten a small piece.

A pair of fork tube covers in black powder-coated or ground and silver matt anodized, suitable for all air-cooled Triumph models (Bonneville, Thruxton & Scrambler).The cover makes the fork look much more massive (as it looks wider), which makes the fork look much better and gives it a lasting better look. In addition you get a uniform black line at the front of the bike.The original lamp holders are then of course no longer to be used. The aluminum headlight plate, in combination with a 5 3/4 inch Bates headlight, cleans the front of your bike.
If you have a small 5 3/4" headlight, which is mounted centrally on the triple clamp, the small headlight gives you a fairly clear view of the steering head and all the wiring.To get a nice clean front end, there is now the aluminum headlight sheet metal (available in silver (raw aluminum), black powder coated or brushed and then clear coated).
The sheet metal is simply put between the two triple clamps, behind the headlight (headlight does not have to be disassembled) and then fastened with leather straps (included in the scope of supply, optionally in black or brown) to the two fork legs (fits nicely, so that nothing rattles). An assembly instruction is naturally also included.In addition, an edge tape is included in the scope of delivery, which looks nice and classic on the one hand and protects the cables and wires on the other hand.
Does not fit on motorcycles that still have a speedometer cable installed.
Fitting to our well-known Ripped side covers, there is now also a ribbed pinion cover. It is not only ribbed, but also clearly more beautiful than the original (as you can see in the pictures).
Suitable screws are included in the delivery.

This kit moves the regulator from in front of the triple clamp (where it is totally in the field of vision, and a regulator is not a very nice thing) behind the triple clamp to the place where the horn is originally located.
The horn is then moved to the left under the tank. The assembly is simple (instructions and all assembly materials are included).
This is absolutely safe for the regulator in terms of wind and cooling.
