Your Triumph needs this! Actually an absolute must for every motorcycle. For relatively "little" money, you get a very noticeable improvement in engine running and a clearly noticeable increase in performance.By installing a Classicbike Raisch Map (which we have tested in countless tests and many hours on a DynoJet test bench), the performance of your engine is increased and the engine also runs smoother and healthier.
Motorcycles are simply badly tuned ex works in some engine speed ranges (usually too lean). This reduces the power output and the engine does not run perfectly.
What can you expect from ECU tuning?
A smoother running engine: If you know your Triumph 2 cylinder, you know the problems with the strong load changes and the constant jerking. Throttle application and release are very abrupt transitions. Constant jerking on slow city rides (you ride through the city at 50 km/h in 4th gear and the bike constantly jerks slightly. These problems are significantly improved by the ECU tuning and the motorcycle becomes more pleasant to ride. You can't get rid of it 100%.
More power: The motorcycle gains power and torque across the entire rev range.Depending on the standard dispersion of the engine, this is approx. 8 - 10%.
A suitable mapping for your engine setting:- Most Triumph Modern Classic riders have already tuned something on their bike (an open air intake / exhaust or more).If you do this, you should also adjust your mapping. We have various maps with different exhaust systems etc. & guaranteed to have the right mapping for your machine in between.

How does ECU tuning work?
It's very simple! - You order the item here in our store (other items can also be ordered if required)- You remove your ECU (it is clamped in the battery box, the removal takes about 5 minutes).- You pack the ECU together with your order confirmation in a box and send it well packed and insured to our address. Enclose information about what has been changed on your motorcycle/engine.- We will re-record your ECU within 1 - 4 working days (usually we can do it in 1 - 2 days).
Torque kit: scope: K & N filter, air filter cover 57% more air than series, main nozzles, carburettor special (only necessary with BONNIE 790 ccm), 16 stainless steel hexagon bolts with spring ring Drill for expanding the Venturiloch and a usage instruction. A requirement for more power is the presence of an open exhaust system (including the legal Shark system with DB Killern). You can really expect a strong immediately noticeable increase in performance and torque. The installation is usually done with built-in carburettors and is also done for less experienced in 2 hours. Oil temperature gauge for all Triumph Modern Classic models.High Quality made in germany by Ries Motorsport.
The temperature gauge achieves by splash oil quite good Messwerde (the temperature deviates according to manufacturer tests about 10% downward, this one must simply add on top).
The thermometer is simply used in place of the oil plug and is thus very well in the field of view, if you look down briefly. Important note: An engine should not be fully loaded until the oil temperature reaches about 80 degrees. You'd be surprised how long that can take depending on the outside temperature. Also, be careful in traffic jams when it's hot. Air-cooled engines need a break when it gets too hot. A quick look down will tell you.

The assembly of the quickshifter is very simple and done in a short time (no cable cutting, soldering or changing is necessary).A detailed, model related description with pictures is included. First and foremost, such a quickshifter is of course really cool if you are just really sporty and want to shift through the gears as quickly as possible. Simply shift up a gear under full load and the automatic takes over the work for you. You can't shift any faster!However, it is also very pleasant when driving relaxed through the city to not have to pull the clutch every time you shift up. I find it especially pleasant when you accelerate a bit faster from 20 km/h to e.g. 70-80 km/h and you can shift through gear by gear in a relaxed way.
For all those who don't know what an automatic gearshift does. This interrupts the ignition during the shifting process (only when shifting up gears). This allows you to shift up the gears without pulling the clutch & without taking away the gas.

Triumph has designed the air-cooled parallel twin engine to be extremely robust and virtually indestructible. However, there is one weak point that has already caused engine housing damage at one time or another, namely the bearing point of the electric starter intermediate gear on the housing side.
For this reason the Safe-Start was developed. It is a quick and easy method to strengthen the bearing point massively, thus eliminating the risk of engine damage caused by a kickback of the starter mechanism.
The Safe-Start is a precision CNC milled part which is placed over the bearing. The Safe-Start is glued over the bearing with a 2-component special metal glue. A detailed assembly instruction and also the glue is enclosed.
The Safe-Start nestles itself positively around the bearing and distributes the forces in case of a kickback in such a way that no damage can occur.
This problem only becomes apparent when it is too late...
Of course we don't want to spread panic, because most engines have no problem so far. Nevertheless, we already had a few cases of this in the workshop and also in various forums worldwide some cases are known. This then means a very expensive repair, because the motor housing has to be replaced in this case.
So with this part you can prevent expensive damage!
To mount the bike, the oil has to be drained, the clutch cover has to be removed, the bike has to be leaned against a wall on the right side. Degrease and glue everything.
Additionally you need a clutch cover gasket, which is included in delivery.

For all who have their motorcycle strongly tuned and problems with slipping clutch have (is usually to high performance or even with people they clutch quite strongly in driving) are these pads geanu the right. The linings can be right off. We tested this for ourselves at our Alu Maschiene at the Glemseck Sprintrennen. The motorbike (100 hp) was driven 4 years with the sprints (clutch was never exchanged) and it never slipped or the like despite the high load.
Suitable for all engines. With the 790 ccm engines however only from the number: 211132
Large VALVES. 2mm larger inlet and outlet valves. This brings neat performance. At the 1100 ccm exactly as with the original 865 ccm cylinder (see also reports in the Thruxton forum> STARBRIDGE RACER, where also these large valves were installed) 4 pieces are needed
Valve 8 pieces for original pistons . Necessary with our large valves in connection with the original pistons. This is not necessary with our Big Bore Kit 1100 ccm or with the Wiseco pistons for 904 ccm, as the valve pockets are large enough.
Secondary air system Eliminator Kit. Prevents exhausting and prevents the elbows from becoming so hot. Do the engine well. Easy to assemble and remove at any time. These screws are made of ALU. And are specially manufactured with fine threads for this purpose in small series. Therefore the high price. Advantage over steel screws Do not bake or bake. Engine cover screws stainless steel hexagon in untreated or with black coated heads. BONNIE + THRUX + SCRAMB .. Replaces the rather simple hexagon socket head cap screws and hexagon socket screws are simply higher quality and look better .. For the two large engine covers left and right and for the cover of the sprocket cover. A total of 33 M6 screws from 30 mm to 75 mm. We fit the carburetors to specific models. Visually, the carburetor conversion is hardly noticeable. But it is very noticeable. The FCR flat slide turns your Triumph carburetor into a different motorcycle! The more power and the much more direct response behavior make the motorcycle significantly more fun to ride.
K & N air filter.BONNIE + THRUX + SCRAMB. Replaces the original air filter. Holds forever and lets more air through. No need to change the carburettor. Also to be seen as a good basis for the high-performance exhaust systems.
K & N exhaust filters all models. Carburetors require gasoline and no residues. The crankshaft ventilation, which is usually connected directly to the original air filter, causes oil and other engine residues to get into the intake manifold and are also combusted. This affects the performance of the engine since no clean combustion takes place. Therefore the residues should be collected better by a ventilation filter which can be cleaned easily and quickly if necessary. Due to its small dimensions, it can be accommodated anywhere in the engine compartment.

Für Modelle mit mechanischem Tacho.
Powercommander V für alle Einspritzmotoren. Endlich mehr Druck für die Einspritzer. Bringt in Verbindung mit einem K&N Luftfilter + unserem großen Luftfilterdeckel + einem vernünftigen Auspuff richtig viel mehr Fahrspaß. Aber auch mit Original Auspuff wird schon spürbar mehr Drehmoment abgeliefert. Da die ab Hersteller bereitgestellten SET ups nicht den erhofften Erfolg brachten, liefern wir den Powercommander mit unserem eigenen SET up aus. Das Magerruckeln wird abgestellt. Die Gasannahme wird viel sanfter, wie bei guten Vergasern. Dadurch werden die Lastwechsel viel harmonischer. Unsere Maps wurden aufwendig mit einem Autotuner auf der Staße unter realen Bedingungen erstellt. Ist besser als jeder Leistungsprüfstand. Dieser Powercommander wird einfach zwischen Stecker und der Serien ECU unter der Sitzbank gesteckt und bleibt daher von außen unsichtbar. Er lässt sich jederzeit wieder entfernen, und damit ist der Serienzustand wieder hergestellt, da der Powercommander das Serien Steuergerät nicht verändert. Natürlich ist der Betrieb nur auf Rennstrecken erlaubt. Haha!Wird mit speziellem Raisch Set up ohne Aufpreis geliefert. Mittlerweile hat sich durch viele Kunden bestätigt ein wirklich enormer Leistungszuwachs ergeben. Es ist erstaunlich was da an sofort spürbarer Leistung mit dem RAISCH Setting dazu kommt. Valves: 8 pieces. Valve seats milling with new angles, aligning transitions + Grinding the valve cone at a suitable angle. The 2-cylinder engines react very gratefully to this machining, because the filling and the outlet in the cylinders is really more optimal due to the larger surfaces. 8 new valve stem seals are required for this measure, but this is included in the price.

Airbox Eliminator Kit. For the really power-hungry. Replaces the original airbox. The air is now filtered directly without detours through individual air filters. This conversion is particularly recommended for the FCR 39 carburetor. This results in another significant, immediately noticeable increase in performance.

SCHNUFFI! If you install a large air filter cover, you will feel the increased performance directly. The only problem is that with increasing speed (can already be from approx. 90km/h) the power can evaporate. (doesn't have to be) Some bikes even have less top speed despite more power than the original. Background is that at higher speeds a negative pressure develops by the air flow at the lid and so possibly no more enough air can be sucked in. This is exactly what the new Schnuffi prevents. The air can flow in unhindered without beading, heels and edges. This means that no negative pressure can form on the air filter during travel, which would restrict the intake of air. Only the Schnuffi is supplied, which is then glued to the large air filter cover No. 21125725. (Silicon is available in every DIY store) If you already have the large air filter cover, simply remove the grille. Not suitable for Speedmaster and America.The Schnuffi only makes sense with carburettors in connection with larger nozzles (so order power or power kit directly). Motorcycle weight optimization. We turned off your supplied motorcycle and made it easier for only 2.8 KG. The original weight is 4 kg. That is a whopping 42% more. This results in a much lighter engine spin, which you can feel right at the throttle. A completely new engine dynamics! The theoretical losses of a worse runout in the lower range are really negligible, since one does not actually feel it. The pole wheel is supplied ready for mounting and perfectly balanced including a new seal.
POWER FOR EFI! Throttle flap conversion to 39 mm. Series is 36 mm. 17% more throughput brings this operation. With the appropriate mapping, the post goes right here. This is the FCR solution for the EFI models. Your throttle bodies must be engaged. They are then completely disassembled from each other, then larger milled, rewarded, suitably sized throttle valves customized and reassembled. The suction grommets to the engine must then be adapted to the new diameter. Its best to send them right away and well do the work right away on a good-bye basis. Oil pressure measuring unit. High quality measuring instrument Made in Germany. Special solution from Classicbike Raisch. Unlike other suppliers, we supply the cylinder head exactly with the same flow rate of oil as Triumph has constructed. This is not guaranteed for a solution with a simple double-headed screw. In our solution, the pressure is decreased as it should: Directly on the engine housing and not like a double hollow screw indirectly behind it via a second fitting. The positions have been selected so that an existing oil temperature meter can also be easily identified. Comes complete with holder, special distributor screw, pipe and sealing rings.
