Die Kappen werden ganz einfach innerhalb weniger Minuten gegen die Originalen ausgetauscht. Zur Montage muss die Gabel nicht ausgebaut werden (sie muss nur entlastet werden, z.B. in dem das Motorrad aufgebockt wird, oder von einer zweiten Person über den Seitenständer hochgezogen wird) und es wird kein Spezialwerkzeug benötigt. Die Milled Kappen werden in einer sehr edlen Black Pearl Oberfläche gefertigt. Das heißt, sie werden vor dem schwarz Eloxieren Glasperlen gestrahlt. Dadurch ergibt sich eine sehr feine, leicht matte Oberfläche die sich sehr hochwertig anfühlt und sehr edel aussieht.Im Nachgang werden dann noch die silbernen Akzente nachgefräst.
Classicbike-Raisch Empfehlung: Bestellt euch noch das Plastik Werkzeug dazu, damit ist es ganz einfach die Milled Kappen ohne Kratzer und Macken zu montieren (siehe Zubehörartikel in dieser Beschreibung).Hinweis zu Bobber & Speedmaster mit 47mm Gabel: Um die originalen Gabelkappen dieser Modelle demontieren zu können, muss man die Gabelbrücke demontieren, da man sonst mit keinem Werkzeug auf die Gabelkappe ansetzen kann. Mit unserer spezial Kunststoffnuss kann man dies problemlos ohne die Demontage der Gabelbrücke. Das erspart Zeit und auch nicht jeder hat eine 36mm Nuss in seinem Werkzeugkasten
A pair of fork springs that work like our well-known fork covers. These are inserted between the upper and lower triple clamp. So you get the look of a classic Springer fork. That is times oldschool!
For assembly, the upper triple clamp must be taken down and then the springs are simply pushed over the fork tube.
Mandatory is that you have a headlight mounted, which is attached centrally and not with lamepnhaltern, which sit as original on the fork. (Suitable headlights see accessories article in this description).
Note Thruxton: Who wants to mount the springs on a Thruxton, it must shorten a small piece.

CNC machined aluminum fork stabilizer for Triumph Bonneville motorcycles.
This part ensures that the fork of your Bonnevile is stiffer and the motorcycle thus gets a more stable handling. In addition, the stabilizer ensures that the forks can not twist / twist, which is particularly interesting for the models with only one brake disc. Internal application:
Add 2 ccm HKS GGV per 100 ccm fork oil.
