PowerKit Bobber 1200 / Speedmaster 1200 Stage 4 consists of:
- Airbox Eliminator Kit

- USB stick with RAISCH special mapping for direct installation on the ECU

At approx. 6500 rpm, you can even achieve an increase of 21 hp and 23 NM
At approx. 4300 rpm, you can already achieve an increase of 6 hp and 9 NM
As you can see from the performance curves, the engine becomes noticeably more powerful even in the lower rev range. The engine revs more willingly, feels simply freer and more lively, and can now breathe in and out freely! From the mid-range onwards, it really takes off, and in the upper rev range, where the engine with standard tuning is very sluggish and it's hardly worth revving higher, it now burns like fireworks. This helps with overtaking, puts you in a good mood and puts a big smile on your face!
The throttle response is nice and smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves drivability.
The intake sound through the individual air filters is simply brilliant, but not too pronounced!
Info: Stage 2 only takes effect when an open exhaust system is used! With the original exhaust or an exhaust with DB killers, there is not enough throughput to bring out the effect of the X-pipe.
Our measurements are based on a Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde exhaust system with an open exhaust flap.
The exhaust sound becomes powerful.
The increase in performance and improved drivability are active in all driving modes.
The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used.
The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were determined on the test bench with a great deal of time and effort.
These mappings can be downloaded to the vehicle yourself via app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug & play solution. This saves you having to have your own tuning done on external test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, the engine also runs more smoothly and quietly overall. We increase the rev limit by 500 rpm, which is well within the healthy range. This kit is not street legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. Installation is relatively easy to do yourself.

- Filter maintenance/cleaning & blackening:
When new, the DNA filters are purple due to the oil they are coated with.
If you don't like this, you can blacken the filters with the appropriate K&N oil.
For maintenance/cleaning of the filters, we recommend ordering the air filter maintenance kit (see accessories in this description). After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple). - Side cover retaining kit:
If you would like the Airbox Eli Kit to be a little less conspicuous, or if you simply want to keep the original side covers, we offer a retaining kit that allows you to reinstall the original side covers, even without the airbox.
This gives you a clear view of the air filter area from the rear, while still enjoying the extra power.
