PowerKit Bonneville T100 Stage 4 +. It consists of: Raisch Racing camshaft, X-pipe, sports air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander 5 (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping) & a new Lima cover gasket.
The standard camshaft of the 900 models has very tame control times, so you have a very high torque at quite low revs, but from 4500 rpm the torque and therefore also the power is strongly reduced. With our Racing Camshaft you achieve a significant increase in performance + 13 HP and + 7 NM at the peak values. The power loss below approx. 3200 rpm as with Stage 3 and 4 is not achieved with Stage 4+. You're slightly below the series, but that's not worth mentioning. Above 3100 rpm there is a significant increase in performance. At 6800 rpm you even reach a plus of almost 19 hp and a good 19 NM.

Finally it is a pleasure to turn the 900 engines a bit. Instead of air fire comes now, if one would like to be sporty on the way, or reserves for overtaking needed. But also the important, medium speed range around 4000-4500 rpm is noticeably stronger than the series, see also performance diagram.
This kit contains NOTHING in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. The Stage 4 + Kit for the 900 models should show what open mufflers can do in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. In this case we tested the HBS 705, which gave us very good results. But also other mufflers, like the Remus with our Racing DB Killers bring similar increases. You can find the corresponding mufflers under the category mufflers in our shop, but we are also happy to advise you. Of course, we have the appropriate mapping ready and can install it directly on the Powercommander. The open mufflers make the sound even more pithy, but depending on the muffler it remains as socially acceptable as possible.
Our mappings were determined with a lot of time and effort on the test bench. These mappings are immediately loaded onto the Powercommander by us, resulting in a Plug&Play solution. Thus one saves oneself an own tuning on foreign test stands which are also very expensive.
In addition to the increase in performance, the overall result is a harmonious and finer engine run. We increase the speed limit by 1000 rpm (from series 6500 rpm to 7500 rpm), which is in the absolutely healthy range (the 1200 motors are basically identical in construction and turn just as high).
This kit is of course not road legal and only suitable for race track operation. additional With this kit, the camshaft must also be mounted + valves adjusted, which takes approx. 3,5 hours. Total installation time with us Stage 4 = 7 hours.
A note on mounting the camshaft is included in the scope of delivery.
