Paint injection moulding black CB12538 / RS0

You just want everything on your Triumph to be black? Then the fuel rail battery must also be black! Unfortunately, this is not as easy as with most other parts. Due to seals/nozzles etc., you can't powder coat the moulding. That's why we use a high-quality primer + silk-matt black paint. Coat swing arm in black CB11960 / RS0

Black is beautiful! The original swingarm has a rather unattractive die-cast surface look, which doesn't look particularly classy! It is also silver in colour. To give the swingarm a beautiful & smooth black surface, we also offer powder coating in black (RAL9005). The price applies to a removed swingarm that is delivered to us. We press out the bearings with a special tool. After coating, we press everything back into place professionally and replace a seal in the swing arm (this takes us about 2 hours, hence the high price). It takes about 2 - 6 weeks to get the part back.

Black anodised Triumph fork tubes CB11136M / RS1

Triumph original gold fork with black coating. Many people don't like the original gold colour of the Thruxton R / RS / Scrambler / Speed Twin RS fork. That's why we offer to anodise the fork outer tubes in black. To do this, the dismantled, disassembled & cleaned fork tubes must be sent to us. Or you can choose the option with assembly, in which case you simply send us the removed fork, we disassemble it here on site and then reassemble it after anodising. If you don't like the original silver fork feet on your Thruxton, you can simply have them coated black by us. Simply send the disassembled fork to us and you will get it back with black fork feet.
