Powerkit Bonneville T120 1200 Stage 1. consisting of: Sport air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping). Power plus + 7.5 Nm torque and 7 hp. In the speed range of 4300 - 5200 rpm you even achieve a plus of 8 HP and 12.5NM. This is immediately noticeable in driving operation! See performance diagram (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group). Our mappings were determined with a lot of time and effort on the test bench. These mappings are immediately loaded onto the Powercommander by us, resulting in a Plug&Play solution. This saves you from having to make your own adjustments on third-party test benches, which are very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, the overall result is a harmonious and finer engine run.We increase the speed limit by 500 rpm (from series 6800 rpm to 7300 rpm), which is in the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not road legal and only suitable for race track operation. It is relatively easy to install it yourself. The tank only has to be dismantled to connect the Powercommander. The installation in our house takes approx. 1.5 hours = € 127,-.

Power plus + 7.5 Nm torque and 9 hp. In the important speed range of 4300 - 5200 rpm an increase of 9.5 hp and 14.5 Nm can be achieved. See diagram (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group).Unfortunately, the Stage 2 Kit is not a special upgrade to Stage 1 because of the series of silencers, which do not offer enough throughput. In the important speed range of 4300 - 5200 rpm, you even get an increase of 9.5 hp and 14.5NM . See diagram (The indications in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group). Unfortunately, the Stage 2 Kit is not a special upgrade to Stage 1. This is due to the series silencers, which do not provide enough throughput. If you also use open mufflers, the increase is greater (torque and power). The sound gets rougher through the X-Pipe. Our mappings were elaborately determined with a lot of time on the test bench. These mappings will be uploaded to the Powercommander right away, resulting in a plug & play solution. Thus one saves oneself an own tuning on strange test stands which are also very expensive. In addition to the performance plus results in a total harmonious and finer engine running. The speed limit is increased by 500 rpm (from 6800 rpm to 7300 rpm), which is in the absolutely healthy range. Of course, this kit is street legal and only suitable for race track operation. For installation, the tank, the manifold system and a frame support must be dismantled. Installation costs in our house 3,5 hours.
Powerkit Bonneville T120 1200 Stage 3. consisting of: Raisch Racing camshaft, sports air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping) & a new Lima cover gasket.Power plus + 7.5 Nm torque and 14 hp. At 4600 rpm you even achieve a torque plus of 14 NM and at 6600 rpm even a plus of almost 15 HP. See performance diagram (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group). We have designed our racing camshaft so that you don't lose any power at all at the bottom and in the middle. But there is an additional scoop on top and finally it is fun to turn the Bonni up to the limiter. Our mappings were determined with a lot of time and effort on the test bench. These mappings are immediately loaded onto the Powercommander by us, resulting in a Plug&Play solution. We increase the speed limit by 500 rpm (from series 6800 rpm to 7300 rpm), which is in the absolutely healthy range. With this kit, the camshaft must also be mounted + valves adjusted, which takes approx. 3,5 hours. Installation time 5 hours. This kit is primarily intended for riders who don't want to have the motorcycle louder, but still don't want to do without the performance advantage of the camshaft.A note on mounting the camshaft is included in the scope of delivery. This kit is of course not road legal and only suitable for race track operation.
Powerkit Bonneville T120 1200 Stage 4. consisting of: Raisch Racing camshaft, X-pipe, sports air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping) & a new Lima cover gasket.Power plus + 6.5 NM torque and 14 hp. At 4700 rpm you even achieve a torque plus of 14 NM and at 6600 rpm even a plus of almost 15 HP (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group).Unfortunately, the Stage 4 Kit does not bring any changes to Stage 3, except a more powerful sound through the X-Pipe. This is due to the series of silencers, which do not offer sufficient throughput. If you also use open mufflers, the increase is greater (torque and power), here we offer our Stage 4+ Kit for the Bonneville T120.We have designed our racing camshaft so that you don't lose any power at all at the bottom and in the middle. Powerkit Bonneville T120 1200 Stage 4 +. It consists of: Raisch Racing camshaft, X-pipe, sports air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping) & a new Lima cover gasket.Power plus + 12 Nm torque and almost 17 hp. At 4600 rpm you even achieve a torque plus of 19.5 NM and at 6600 rpm even a plus of 17 HP (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group). This kit contains NOTHING in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. The Stage 4+ Kit for the Bonni T120 should show what open mufflers can do in addition to the Stage 4 Kit. In this case we tested the HBS 705, which gave us very good results. But also other mufflers, like the Remus with our Racing DB Killers bring similar increases. You can find the corresponding mufflers under the category mufflers in our shop, but we are also happy to advise you! Of course, we have the appropriate mapping ready and can install it directly on the Powercommander. The open mufflers make the sound even more pithy, but depending on the muffler it remains as socially acceptable as possible. We have designed our racing camshaft so that you don't lose any power at all at the bottom and in the middle. RAISCH TUNING for Bonneville T120 1200 cc engine. Our tuning and performance diagrams were all determined on a Dynojet test bench of the latest generation. Triumph indicates its performance on the clutch. However, the performance diagrams are based on the rear wheel performance and therefore cannot be compared 1:1. Approx. 6 hp and 7 Nm are lost between the clutch and the rear wheel. You can simply add these to the power diagrams. To make it simple, we have simply stated the effective PLUS power to the standard engine in PS and NM in the descriptions. Triumph states a torque of 105NM and 80 hp at the clutch in the brochure. Our measurements showed 105.4 Nm and 79.6 hp. Even our Stage 1 KIT offers an immediately noticeable, significant power boost that will put a grin on your face. This can be further increased depending on the tuning stage. Our tuning stages have a modular structure. If you want an upgrade at any time, we will install the appropriate mapping free of charge. (Provided the Powercommander was purchased from us). Our self-developed racing camshafts are "Made in Germany" and are produced from a blank on state-of-the-art CNC machines. (Not to be confused with cheaply manufactured camshafts made from cast material) A special nitriding steel is used, which is then refined by a hardening process to Rockwell HRC 60 to ensure durability
