PowerKit Thruxton 1200 Stage 1 CB11288 / RS0
Powerkit Thruxton 1200 Stage 1. consisting of: Sport air filter, Raisch milled air filter cover (with larger air intake), Powercommander (with ignition adjustment + RAISCH special mapping). Power plus + 12 Nm torque and 4 HP. In the speed range of 4600 - 4700 rpm you even achieve a plus of 9 HP and 14NM. See performance diagram (The data in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group). Our mappings were determined with a lot of time and effort on the test bench. These mappings are immediately loaded onto the Powercommander by us, resulting in a Plug&Play solution. This saves you having to make your own adjustments on third-party test benches, which are also very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, the overall result is a harmonious and finer engine run. We increase the speed limit by 300 rpm, which is within the absolutely healthy range. This kit is of course not road legal and only suitable for race track operation. It is relatively easy to install it yourself. The tank only has to be dismantled to connect the Powercommander. The installation in our house takes approx. 1.5 hours = € 127,-.

RAISCH TUNING for Thruxton 1200 cc engine. Our tuning and performance diagrams were all determined on a Dynojet test bench of the latest generation. Triumph indicates its performance on the clutch. However, the performance diagrams are based on the rear wheel performance and therefore cannot be compared 1:1. Approx. 6 hp and 7 NM are lost between the clutch and the rear wheel. You can simply add these to the performance diagrams. To make it simple, we have simply stated the effective PLUS power to the standard engine in hp and NM in the descriptions. In the brochure, Triumph states a torque of 112 Nm and 97 hp at the clutch. Our measurements showed 110 Nm and 94.8 hp. Even our Stage 1 KIT offers an immediately noticeable performance boost that puts a grin on your face, and this naturally increases with each tuning stage. Our tuning stages have a modular structure. If you want an upgrade at any time, we will install the appropriate mapping free of charge. (Provided the Powercommander was purchased from us).
Our self-developed racing camshafts are "Made in Germany" and are produced from a blank on state-of-the-art CNC machines. (Not to be confused with cheaply manufactured camshafts made from cast material)
A special nitrided steel is used, which is then hardened to Rockwell HRC 60 to ensure durability.
