Product information "Airbox Eliminator Kit - Bobber"
Complete Airbox Eliminator Kit from Classicbike-Raisch for Triumph Bobber & Speedmaster 1200.
This kit gives your Bobber a complete look! By removing the plastic airbox and side covers, you get a cleaner look on the open frame hole, which you can see from the side and from behind. You also get the cool look of the open DNA metal mesh air filters and the black-painted intake manifolds, which ensure that the filters are at the perfect angle to the frame.
Unlike many other manufacturers, we didn't want to just develop a kit that removes the airbox and somehow attaches individual filters to the motorcycle. We wanted our kit to really give the machine power! This requires an optimal intake path, which is ensured by our intake funnels.
With the appropriate mapping (Power Kit Stage 3), the performance increases by +13 hp / +15 NM – if our side pipe exhaust system is also installed and the Stage 5 mapping is applied to the motorcycle, this results in an additional performance of +29 hp / +30 NM.
The kit can also be installed without new mapping and the motorcycle will get a little more power. However, we strongly recommend doing this in conjunction with new mapping (Power Kit). This will ensure that the engine runs more smoothly and you will notice a significant increase in performance.

The Airbox Eliminator Kit contains everything you need:

- 2x intake manifolds – 3D-printed and painted matt black
- 2x DNA metal mesh air filters

When new, the DNA filters are purple due to the oil they are coated with.
If you don't like this, you can blacken the filters with the appropriate K&N oil.
For maintenance/cleaning of the filters, we recommend ordering the air filter maintenance kit (see accessories in this description). After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple). - Side cover retaining kit:
If you would like the Airbox Eli Kit to be a little less conspicuous, or if you simply want to keep the original side covers, we offer a retaining kit that allows you to reinstall the original side covers without the airbox.
This gives you a clear view of the air filter area from the rear while still enjoying the extra power.

At approx. 5000 rpm, you can already achieve an increase of 6 hp and 9 NM
As you can see from the performance curves, the engine becomes significantly more powerful from the mid-speed range onwards. The engine revs more willingly, feels freer and livelier, and can now breathe freely! In the upper rev range, where the engine with standard tuning is very sluggish and it is hardly worth revving higher, you gain significantly in revving pleasure and, of course, performance. This helps when overtaking and is great fun.
The throttle response is nice and smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves drivability.
The intake noise from the individual air filters is simply brilliant, but not too pronounced!
The increase in performance and improved drivability is active in all driving modes.
The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used.
The figures in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were determined on the test bench in a time-consuming process.
These mappings can be transferred to the vehicle yourself via app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug & play solution. This saves you having to have your bike tuned on a test bench, which can be very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, the engine also runs more smoothly and quietly overall. We increase the rev limit by 500 rpm, which is well within the healthy range. This kit is not road legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. Looking at the performance curves, you would think that two different motorcycles were measured here. The difference or gain is incredible!
The entire rev range becomes enormously more powerful. The engine revs more willingly, feels simply freer and livelier, can now breathe in freely and exhale with maximum freedom!
From the mid-range onwards, it really takes off, and in the upper rev range, where the engine feels very tired with the standard setup and it's hardly worth revving higher, it now burns like fireworks. The side pipe exhaust system fits the Bobber perfectly and teases out the engine's full potential. The power feels like it never wants to end.
The throttle response is nice and smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves rideability.
The intake sound through the single air filters is simply brilliant, but not too pronounced!
