Unit Garage High 2-1 overhead exhaust system for all BMW R nineT models. The 2-1 High exhaust fits all models that have a bottom-mounted exhaust when the original pillion / subframe is fitted. If the original subframe is removed and replaced with the Unit Garage bracket (must be purchased separately), then this exhaust will also fit the models that have an overhead exhaust fitted ex works. The overhead 2-1 exhaust from the Italian company Unit Garage is probably the most radical exhaust for the BMW R nineT series. The short, overhead silencer in GP style ensures a really free rear end. So short that the rear area remains beautifully free and visible and so high up that the beautiful rim of the R9T is really visible. We have fitted the exhaust to our own Scrambler & Pure and are absolutely delighted with the exhaust system. And the whole thing comes with an E number (road approval).We can also issue an extra certificate for Swiss customers. Workmanship & sound The exhaust systems from Unit Garage are very well made and also sound more than awesome, which you wouldn't think at first glance with such a small silencer. But they really do! Really nice and throaty, muffled bass. DB-killer / grilleThe exhaust is supplied with a removable DB-killer. The grille is welded to the killer. In other words, if you want the look of an open exhaust outlet, you can remove the Db-killer together with the grille. Raisch tip for more sound: Motorcycles are getting quieter and quieter from Euro standard to Euro standard, which many people don't like. Our tip: order a second DB-killer (see accessory article below the description) and work on it a little (cut off a piece and drill more holes) to get a little more sound. Weight saving:The exhaust is very light due to its design and ensures a weight saving of 2.8kg - 4.7kg. Stainless steel or titanium The exhaust system is available in either stainless steel or titanium. Titanium option: Even lighter and with elegant weld seams that tarnish slightly due to the heat - a real eye-catcher.
