Unit Garage engine protection bars for all BMW R9T models from 2017 (Euro 4) and R12 models (please select from the drop-down menu).
The Heavy Duty brackets are slightly thicker than most other brackets. The cylinder head is covered even more by a second strut. This offers even better protection and looks a little more martial.
The brackets are made from 25 mm tubing and have a black powder coating. They therefore look like the frame of the R nineT.
A particularly practical feature of the Heavy Duty bars is that they do not have to be removed for most servicing work. In addition, the bolts holding the engine do not have to be loosened to fit the brackets (which many other manufacturers have done by loosening these bolts).
All assembly materials and assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery.
