Then our cartridge conversion is just the thing. We transform your simple standard fork, which still works with the old twin-tube system, into a state-of-the-art, valve-controlled cartridge fork - completely customised to your rider weight.

We have various spring rates available to tune the fork exactly to your weight.
In addition, preload, compression and rebound are set and adjusted precisely to your needs.
What is done
In this conversion, your fork is converted to a fully adjustable cartridge system.
Both rebound and compression are freely adjustable - i.e. the speed at which the fork compresses and rebounds. This allows the riding behaviour to be perfectly adapted to your riding style: from comfortable and soft to sporty and firm - with just a few clicks on the adjuster.
The adjustment range is large and noticeably effective - quite unlike many aftermarket solutions on the market. The result: a completely new riding experience, significantly more precise feedback and a fork that simply feels really good on the road and in fast bends.
In-house assembly
The conversion requires expertise and special tools (including a lathe), which is why we only offer it in-house.
You simply send us your two shock absorber tubes and we will carry out the complete conversion including all parts, new oil seals and specially matched Öhlins fork oil.
You get everything back ready to install and perfectly tuned.
Price / service
The price quoted includes the complete installation of the cartridge system at our premises.
