Lucas brake pads front for the Raisch 4-piston brake caliper
The rubbers are available in 3 variants.
Variant 1 Sinter SV road surfaces: These brake pads are the simplest sinter pads with road approval but do not have the best braking effect (slightly better than original).
Variant 2 Sinter TRQ Racing pads with approval: The new TRQ brake pads replace the old rate SRQ brake pads. They even have a slightly improved braking effect and are now also WITH road approval.
Variant 3 Sinter Carbon SCR Racingbeläge: The absolute high-end brake pads made of a sintered metal/carbon mixture for the highest braking performance with a long service life. Without road approval.

Development & PerformanceWe developed this brake calliper together with ABM - with a clear objective: noticeably better braking performance combined with perfect workmanship.
The result:Significantly more pressure, a clearly defined pressure point and a performance that is immediately noticeable.
An integrated centre bar reliably prevents the caliper from warping under load.In direct comparison to the standard 2-piston Nissin calipers, the difference is more than clear.
Riding feel & advantageThanks to the matched piston sizes, you can continue to use the original brake pump.The pressure point is so clean that the brake can be operated almost like a 2-finger brake.
This is particularly noticeable on 1-disc models:Nobody misses a second disc here anymore.
Extensive tests - including by "Racinghenne" - have shown:No fading, even under really hard loads.

Double disc brake kit for Thruxton 1200 and Bonneville T120. Consists of: 2x Raisch 4-piston caliper + 2x floating brake disc with black inner star + brake lines + brake pads. With this you brake on a completely different level. The difference to the series brake is really enormous. A comparison to the Thruxton-R brake this brake kit does not need to shy away. All parts with ABE or parts certificate.
There is the kit as a road or racing variant. The difference is ONLY in the brake pads. Variant 1 Road: road-approved brake pads / Variant 2 Racing: pads without road approval, but which brake much better.
ATTENTION: The brake caliper now has only one R as a logo (see product photo).

RAISCH brake caliper with four pistons, made in Germany by ABM. CNC-milled, glass bead blasted, deep black matt anodised and with a high-quality milled R logo. Probably the most beautiful and best functioning brake calliper on the market for Triumph Modern Classic models. Fits StreetTwin, Bonneville T100, Streetcup, StreetScrambler, Bobber, Bobber Black, Speedmaster, Bonneville T120 & Thruxton 1200.
We have developed this beautiful brake calliper together with ABM. The result in terms of braking performance and workmanship is sensational. A centre bar makes it impossible for the caliper to warp under pressure. The difference to the standard 2-piston calipers from Nissin is striking.The visual gain speaks volumes! Although the brake is only a small part on a motorbike, a high-quality milled brake looks much better than the simple standard calipers.
No adapters are required for installation as with some other solutions, as the brake calliper is mounted directly on the mount like the original. Thanks to the matching piston sizes in the caliper, the original brake pumps can be used without restriction. A great pressure point makes this calliper almost a 2-finger brake. A second brake disc on the 1-disc models is no longer needed.
Extensive tests under really tough conditions by "Racinghenne" showed no fading whatsoever. On the models with two brake callipers, the braking performance is definitely raised to the level of the Thruxton R (Brembo) brakes. Anyone who has ever ridden a Thruxton R knows how big the difference is.
We supply this brake calliper without brake pads. There are different brake pads available (you can find them here in the article under accessories). The RAISCH brake calipers are supplied with a TÜV parts certificate. Delivery includes new, black steel flex brake hose (free of charge). If the original handlebars are NOT fitted, please state which handlebars are fitted in the comments field when ordering (this affects the brake line length). Please also state the motorbike in the comments (also applies to the matching brake hose).
