Aluminium front mudguard for Thruxton 1200 R / RS / TFC
Slim line for the front
Many of you finally wanted a really slim mudguard that sits flat over the front wheel and looks just perfect. This is exactly what this aluminium fender for the Thruxton delivers. The original mudguard, on the other hand, looks wide and bulky - not the look of a real cafe racer. A slim mudguard is simply a must.
Complete kit with brackets
The fender comes directly with the matching, black-coated brackets. Unpack, fit, done.
Variants & finish
The mudguard is available in a polished, matt brushed or black powder-coated finish.
It can also be painted (see the blue Thruxton in the photos). It is best to clarify with your painter beforehand whether he would prefer the part to be polished or coated in black. The black coating serves a little as a primer, but without the absolutely smooth surface that a real paint job offers.
Black gloss coating
The high-gloss black powder coating almost looks like paint thanks to the extremely high-quality powder. The look really comes very close.
Nevertheless, a 100% perfect painted surface, as if it had been primed and sanded by a professional, is not possible with powder coating.
