Galfer Punch Design brake discs for Triumph Modern Classic machines.
With expert opinion / road approval

The brake discs give your machine a more aggressive and sporty look. The hole design makes the disc stand out even more from the crowd.
Looks particularly good in combination with a milled brake calliper (such as our Raisch calliper).

They can be simply plug & play replaced with the original discs.
BUT ATTENTION: For some models, special spacer discs are also required (see the very bottom of the product description)

The brake discs have an R90 EU certificate (do not have to be registered).
The Punch brake discs have the new R90 certificate. This makes the annoying & expensive TÜV registration a thing of the past.
Simply install and be on the road legally.

The price is for ONE brake disc. If you have a model with double brake discs, you will need 2 discs.

Rear brake disc

For Thruxton & Speed Twin 1200 the rear brake disc is available in exactly the same design.
For all other models, we recommend the Wave brake disc for the rear (the outer shape of the disc is identical, only the design of the slots is slightly different, but this is hardly noticeable when mounted).

Brake disc screws for front & rear, made of extra high strength 316 stainless steel, which is perfect for brake disc screws.With the silver variant, you get an original Triumph screw. NOTE: the screws are sold individually! For front 5 pieces are needed for rear 4 pieces. The screws must be used with Locktite / threadlocker.

Galfer Wave brake discs for the rear. The brake discs give your bike a more aggressive and sporty look. Looks particularly good in combination with Wave brake discs at the front. The disc can simply be plug & play replaced with the original ones. The brake discs have a KBA number. ATTENTION: Not every model is necessarily stored behind this KBA number (if this is the case, the disc must be registered, which is not a problem). Take a look at the KBA documents in advance (you can find them under the downloads in this description) to see if your model is included. If not, clarify with your TÜV inspector beforehand whether he will register the disc for you. For some models (e.g. the Bobber Black, we can also supply a sample registration). Wave brake disk spacer kit CB12571M / RS161
This kit is required to distance the original brake caliper from your Triumph when the Wave brake disk is installed.The reason for this is that the inner core of the Galfer brake disk is slightly thinner. The kit is available for brake calipers with M8 & M10 threads. You need the following version for your motorcycle: - Bobber / Bobber Black / Speedmaste = M8- Bonneville T100 / T120 = M8- Street Twin / Cup / Scrambler (old versions with fixed brake disk) = M8 - Street Twin / Scrambler (new version with reduced-volume brake disk and Brembo brake caliper) = M10- Speed Twin 900 = M10- Scrambler 900 = M10   If you have a motorcycle with a double brake disk, you will need two of the kits.
