Product information "Thruxton 1200 R / RS fork legs with black coating"

If you don't like the original silver fork feet on your Thruxton, you can simply have them coated black by us. Simply send the disassembled fork to us and you will get it back with black fork feet. If you can't dismantle it yourself, you can simply send the whole fork to us and we'll do it for you (extra charge).

It takes about 4 - 6 weeks to get the part back.

We always make the parts in black silk matt as standard. Several other colours are of course also possible on request.

The price is for the coating of both fork legs. Looks particularly good in combination with black fork tubes.


Important recommendation:
We recommend always fitting new oil seals and dust caps to ensure tightness.
Without new caps, we cannot guarantee that the fork is 100% leak-proof.

Black anodised Triumph fork tubes
Black anodised Triumph fork tubes CB11136M / RS1
Triumph original gold fork with black coating. Many people don't like the original gold colour of the Thruxton R / RS / Scrambler / Speed Twin RS fork. That's why we offer to anodise the fork outer tubes in black. To do this, the dismantled, disassembled & cleaned fork tubes must be sent to us. Or you can choose the option with assembly, in which case you simply send us the removed fork, we disassemble it here on site and then reassemble it after anodising. Directly with better oil, which improves the response behaviour of the fork.If you would like to have it completely black (as shown in the first product picture), you also have the option of having the fork legs powder-coated black and the inner stanchions DLC-coated black. Anodising & shipping takes between 6 - 8 weeks. Important recommendation:We always recommend installing new oil seals and dust caps to ensure tightness. DLC coating in black for fork stanchions. Would you like a black fork? Is it not enough for you that the outer tubes and fork legs are black? No problem, you can also have the inner stanchions of your fork DLC coated by us. Either you send us your dismantled tubes and we send them back to you coated or you send us your complete fork, we dismantle it and then send it back to you newly coated and reassembled. Please contact us beforehand so that we can make you an offer for the labour time. Set consisting of 2x fork oil seal 2x fork dust cap. Suitable for water-cooled Triumph Modern Classic motorcycles in original equipment quality. The oil seals and dust caps should be replaced with every fork overhaul. The very good material quality of the oil seals also reduces the breakaway torque of the fork.
