This chain guard was not like most other accessories chain guard simply copied from the original and then optically slightly modified. He was designed so that he runs as flat as possible over the chain to look visually optimal and inconspicuous. Because both the original chain protectors as well as most of the accessories, have a lot of air upwards to the chain. Nevertheless, our chain guard is granted that this gets no contact with the chain when driving.
In addition, the protection is much shorter than the original which protrudes far beyond the sprocket. This looks visually much better and more harmonious. A good splash protection is thus widely granted.
In addition, the kit includes an aluminum chain fin in the same design, which replaces the original plastic fin.
The Raisch chain guards are made of 2mm aluminum.
Available in: Black or Gloss Black.
The black ones are powder coated, which also ensures a deep black tone for years, which does not discolor over the years as with anodizing.
