Remus stainless steel exhaust system for Triumph Thruxton 1200 / R / RS

An extremely high quality and damn chic stainless steel exhaust from Remus, suitable for the water-cooled Triumph Thruxton 1200 & Thruxton R. In our opinion: one of the best exhausts you can get for these bikes.

Fit & models

The system is also suitable for the Euro 5 Thruxton RS (minimal adjustments must be made to the right-hand manifold). Important: The system is not officially homologated for Euro 5 models, i.e. the RS is not included in the E-number. If you would still like to fit it, please contact us.

Design & workmanship

The Remus exhaust is significantly slimmer, shorter and simply more attractive than the standard system - exactly the right line for the Thruxton. Even the Vance & Hines cannot keep up with it, neither visually nor in terms of sound.
Fitting is super easy, the accuracy of fit as always with Remus: perfect.

Approval & DB-Killer

With E-number and removable DB killers
Thanks to special Remus technology with Seeger ring, a removed DB killer is barely recognisable
Absolutely socially acceptable to drive - even without DB-Kille

Sound & performance

The exhaust not only sounds better, it also delivers more power and torque (see performance curve).
Our racing DB killers are also available:

more sound than standard
more power (as the original DB-Killer dampens quite heavily)
still on the road with DB-Killer → looks completely legal

Remus Racing DB-Killer CB11019M / RS600

Raisch DB-Killer for Remus exhaust systems on air-cooled models. More sound + more power due to more flow. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB-Killer, three sound variants are now available for the Remus system. With original DB-Killer, with Raisch DB-Killer or completely without. Our DB-Killer are without ABE. They are supplied as a pair Please choose in the selection whether the DB-Killer should be for a water or an air-cooled model. As the original circlips tend to break over the years, we also offer them as spare parts (see accessories in this description).
