HP Corse Retro 2-1 exhaust for BMW R12 G/S - with E number / street legal The HP Corse Titan Retro exhaust is a very easy and quick to replace slip-on silencer for the BMW R12 G/S.The exhaust fits in very well with the slightly old school look of the G/S. The bike's lines are strongly reminiscent of Enduro machines of the past. Classically, these motorbikes were usually fitted with an exhaust with a tailpipe. If you want to further emphasise the retro design of your BMW R12, the exhaust is just right for you. Sound & DB-Killer The HP Corse SP-1 Evo exhaust gives the G/S a nice muffled, throaty sound.The maximum volume specified in the vehicle licence is not exceeded with the exhaust. DB-Killer removalUnfortunately, due to the rules, the manufacturers can hardly get any louder than the original with accessory exhausts. The good thing is that you can remove the DB-Killer from the exhaust with a little adjustment work. To remove it, however, a welding point must be drilled out and milled away, and the DB-Killer must then be fixed in place with a screw. If you would like to be able to put the killer in and out and don't want to do anything yourself, you can order the removal service from us (see additional article below this description).In addition, we also offer the replacement DB-Killer as an accessory for all those who would like to work on a DB-Killer to have more sound but still have an optically installed killer. E-number The exhaust is supplied with a lasered E-number.This means that the exhaust can be driven legally on all roads without having to have it registered. In order to remove the DB-Killer from the HP Corse exhaust, a fine spot weld must be drilled out and milled away. If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here and we will do the work for you.We then reinstall the DB-Killer with an additional screw, making it very easy to install and remove. Please note that the delivery of the exhaust system may be delayed by 1-2 working days (depending on the order situation in our workshop) due to the removal of the DB killer.
