5 3/4" LED Bates style lamp kit for all BMW R Nine T Euro 3 & 4 models.
Plug & play kit with all required mounting materials / instructions & resistors.


The stylish 5 3/4" only headlight gives the front of the R9T a tidier and sleeker line as the original headlight is quite large & chunky.
The Bates style LED headlight is the perfect blend of classic shape paired with a modern LED headlight insert. This is the perfect mix for our Modern Classic bikes. Visually, such a clear LED insert really makes a statement (it simply looks classy and high-quality). However, the headlight only really comes into its own when it is switched on! On the one hand, the white LED light looks really classy, and on the other, it turns night into day, which really makes a difference when driving in the dark. Because everyone knows that the original H4 headlights are not exactly the best.

The headlight is made entirely of metal and has an outer diameter of 155 mm and a depth of 110 mm with an E number.

The headlamp is supplied with the necessary mounting material and cable connectors to fit it. A short installation guide is also included.
The Euro 4 models are also supplied with an LED parking light adapter and a high-power LED resistor, which ensure that an error message is displayed in the motorbike's speedometer with our kit.

If you want to keep the area behind the headlight (between the fork bars) a little tidier and don't want to look at cables / wires, we recommend ordering our headlight plate (see accessories in this description).

Change daytime running light colour:
The headlight can illuminate its daytime running light in both white and dark yellow.
A simple additional switch is required to change between the colours. We offer a switch (see accessories article).
If changing the colour is not important to you, you do not need a switch and simply connect one of the two cables.
ATTENTION with the R9T - The motorbike does not have daytime running lights ex works. A switch would have to be set individually for this if desired.

Headlight Plate Bates Style R9T CB12008M / RS4
The aluminum headlight sheet metal clears the front of the R9T and prevents an open view of the steering head and all cables.Fits with the original headlight as well as with the small 5 3/4 headlight from our range.Fits the R9T Scrambler & Urban GS (for the GS the lamp mask has to be removed and the lamp holder of the scrambler has to be mounted). To get a nice clean front, there is now the aluminum headlamp sheet metal in silver (aluminum raw optimal to use it simply to install it, polish it or brush it matt), black powder coated The sheet metal is simply put between the two fork bridges, behind the headlight (headlight does not have to be disassembled) and then fastened to the two fork legs with leather straps (included in delivery, available in black or brown) (fits nicely so that nothing rattles). An assembly instruction is naturally also included.In addition, an edge tape is included in the scope of delivery, which looks nice and classic on the one hand and protects the cables and wires on the other hand.The assembly is quite simple and fast, the original headlight does not have to be disassembled.
