This 48 mm complete fork was specially developed for the new BMW R12 G/S and offers exactly what you would expect from a genuine high-end suspension: maximum performance, full adjustability and uncompromising quality.

On the one hand, the Öhlins fork is a major visual upgrade - and on the other, it provides a significantly improved new riding experience.

Öhlins NIX 30 - suspension technology at the absolute top level

At the heart of this fork is the proven NIX 30 technology from Öhlins.
Separate damping circuits for compression and rebound ensure extremely fine response behaviour, enormous stability at high speeds and clean feedback, whether on the road or off-road

Whether on long tarmac stretches, gravel tracks, forest paths or tough off-road terrain - this fork remains calm, controlled and predictable.

Noticeably more reserves - on the road and off-road

With 230 mm of suspension travel, the fork offers a full 20 mm more travel than the standard suspension.
Added to this are the solid 48 mm stanchions with golden TIN coating (titanium nitride), which not only look brutally good, but also minimise friction and significantly increase durability.

Plug & Play - well thought out down to the last detail

Despite the sophisticated technology, installation remains pleasingly simple.
The kit is supplied complete with upper and lower triple clamps milled from the solid. The wheel axle and spacers remain original, and no brake hoses need to be replaced.
