Kineo rims for the BMW R nineT Classic / Roadster – tubeless forged aluminium rims
Upgrade your motorbike with high-quality Kineo rims – precision-manufactured, tubeless forged rims that impress with their excellent workmanship and outstanding appearance. These rims not only offer significantly better concentricity compared to the original rims, but are also lighter. The reduced weight ensures noticeably greater agility and improved handling.
Weight advantages of the Kineo rims:
- Rear: 2.80 kg lighter
- Front: 1.65 kg lighter
Although these figures may not seem huge at first glance, they are particularly relevant when it comes to rotating masses such as rims. The weight saving contributes significantly to more dynamic acceleration and better handling.
As well as their technical superiority, Kineo rims also offer a visual highlight: the intricately milled hubs and contrasting spoke nipples, which really stand out in contrasting colours, make these rims a real eye-catcher.

Details of the rims
The rim is made from a 7000-series aluminium alloy and is suitable for tubeless tyres and off-road tyres with inner tubes. The finish is achieved through CNC machining. The rim is truly innovative as it has no recesses for spoke holes.

| The hub | The hub is manufactured from a 7000-series forged aluminium alloy. The forged blank already has a shape similar to the final product; this results in an optimal grain orientation of the component and thus maximum impact resistance. The finish is achieved through CNC machining. Available colours: titanium, magnesium and black. Other colours available on request. |
| The spokes | The spokes are made from high-strength stainless steel. The precision shaping of the spokes makes it possible to reduce the traditional number of spokes (36 + 36) to 28 spokes on the front wheel and 32 spokes on the rear wheel. The spokes can be tightened using a standard Allen key. Thanks to the special design of the KINEO wheels, spokes can be replaced at any time without removing the wheel or tyre. |
| The nipples | The nipple geometry is the most significant innovation in KINEO wheels. They are arranged in the centre of the rim, parallel to the wheel axle. It is this unique arrangement that makes it possible to manufacture wheels without holes for the spoke nipples. The aluminium nipples are available in black, red, blue, orange and titanium to match the colour of the vehicle. |
| The brake disc mounts | The Kineo brake disc mount allows the original braking system to be retained. Matching brake disc adaptors for the front and rear wheels enable the original braking system to be used without any further modifications. If the vehicle is fitted with ABS, the original sensors are retained. |
