The fender is then powder-coated black by us.
Attention: You may not expect the surface quality of a painted mudguard from a powder coating. The surface looks nice but is not as perfect as a lacquer finish (therefore only costs a fraction).
If you want to have a perfect paint structure, you have to completely prime your fender, sand it and then have it painted. In this case, however, we would still recommend that the mudguard be powdered beforehand, as this serves as a perfect rust protection.

Raisch Alu Rear Fender Kit

The aluminium rear fender kit gives every Bonneville (T100 & T120) and all Street models (StreetTwin, StreetCup & StreetScrambler) the right old-school look.
Since almost no one likes the huge original traffic light system (tail light & turn signals), but many don't want to do without a nice, classic wing, there is the Raisch Rear Fender Kit. The wing is made of solid, high-quality aluminium and is plug & play with brackets to screw on. You only have to drill holes for the rear light and the number plate holder (there is also a version with 3 holes for the Eldorado rear light / version: black pre-drilled for Eldorado).The shape of the mudguard is much nicer and also a good deal shorter than the original one.
Indicator holder: There are 4 different options to choose from. The version with the turn signals on the inside of the suspension strut is not legal (but looks the best in our opinion).You can order a set of indicator holders directly below the description.
Number plate holder: Here again you have a choice of 4 versions. Central number plate holder: 1. "Number plate holder - Eldorado rear light" the number plate sits on the rear light above the mudguard / 2. "Number plate holder universal" the holder is attached below the mudguard to the screws for the rear light.Side number plate holder: The rear kit can also be combined with a side number plate holder, which makes for a very clean and beautiful look in the rear area. Here we have one that goes on the swingarm and one that goes on the rear shock. Both are not approved.
Turn signals: You can also order beautiful accessory turn signals below the description.
Rear light: We have tested several rear lights and the Eldorado is best for the mudguard! This is also a very high quality aluminium tail light with LED technology.
Other accessories:
Cable set: This is definitely needed if you don't want to cut anything off the original cable harness. Licence plate screw set: If you want to fix your licence plate with suitably coloured screws, you can order a set as well.Reflector: If you want to have a 100% legal rear end, you have to mount a reflector.
Alu Mudguard Thruxton / Speed Twin

This aluminum front fender replaces the simple plastic fender on the Thruxton 1200 & Speed Twin (plug & play replacement). The surface of the mudguard is beautifully polished, which looks really good on any cafe racer.
The Speed Twin already has an aluminum mudguard fitted ex works. However, this one still looks good, as it is narrower and therefore more of the tire is visible. This makes the tire look sportier.
The fender is optionally available in polished or black (silk matt) powder-coated. Also ideal for painting (see photos of the blue Thruxton). It is best to talk to your trusted painter beforehand to find out whether he would like the fender in polished aluminum or better coated in black (as the coating is a bit like a primer).On request, we can add a piece of sanding fleece free of charge so that you can brush the polished mudguard to a matt finish by hand (see photo).

Short rear mudguard with indicators / rear light - Triumph Bobber
This short steel mudguard replaces the original, very long rear mudguard of the Bobber and at the same time eliminates the large original rear light traffic light system.This makes the rear look much cleaner, shorter and more harmonious - pictures speak louder than words.
The mudguard is unpainted and can be finished as desired or deliberately left with a metal look.
Plug & Play assemblyThe kit was deliberately developed to be as easy to fit as possible.
- All original mounting points are retained- No drilling- no improvisation
The mudguard can be fitted plug & play.
Integrated rear light / indicator solutionIncluded in the scope of delivery:
- two CNC-milled support struts- Integrated rear light / indicator combination- E-number (road approval)
The indicator cables run invisibly inside the struts.This keeps the rear as clean as possible.

The cable set makes installation and wiring much easier and ensures a clean, safe solution.
Note for models built from 2023 onwardsFor Bobber models from model year 2023 onwards, a blocking diode must be installed on the rear lights according to the Wunderkind installation instructions.
- The diode is included in the scope of delivery- If you use our cable set, this step is not necessary- the diode is already integrated in the cable set

Note on the surfaceThe mudguard is handmade and made of steel.This means that slight structures and unevenness are due to the material and may still be visible after powder coating.
