X-Pipe / KAT & Front silencer replacement

Often the gaskets are damaged when removing the catalytic converter (usually when changing to an X-pipe). We offer original Triumph graphite gaskets as replacements. The gaskets are sold individually. Front & rear is intended in the direction of travel.

Zard 2-2 Slip On Stainless Steel Exhaust for Triumph Speed Twin & Thruxton 1200 ATTENTIONFor Thruxton 1200 & Speed Twin Euro 5 models from 2021 WITHOUT ABE. Suitable for: Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Triumph Thruxton 1200 The exhaust system is with E-number.Racing version (without E-number and cheaper) available on request. Design & look Very high-quality stainless steel silencers - really short and crisp.Visually, they are somewhat reminiscent of a Moto GP exhaust. The short design perfectly emphasises the sporty lines of Speed Twin & Thruxton.The chunky original exhaust, on the other hand, is always a bit distracting. If the whole thing is too small and too sporty for you, the Zard Conical is the better choice. Sound The sound is audibly throatier and more present, but to our ears it falls short of the really big AHA effect.Sound video see below. If you want a throatier and louder sound, you should also order the additional Zard Racing DB killers (see accessories - without road approval). With the racing DB killers, the 1200cc engine gets the throaty, muffled bass sound you want.Advantage: A DB-Killer remains installed, the bike is not excessively loud and everything looks original. To remove the original DB-Killer, a hard-to-reach welding point has to be drilled out and milled away (a little more than half an hour's work).If you want to have this done by us, order the additional item "DB-Killer removal Zard exhaust CB11514" (see accessories). Black version The exhaust is not directly available from Zard in black.At the customer's request, we have the system coated in black in Germany - very high quality, resistant and deep black. Swiss customer / authorisation For Swiss customers, the exhausts can be supplied with a declaration of suitability.
