DID BlackLine chain set complete for all models 900cc engines with 520 chain.
See table below for standard motorbike ratios.
ATTENTION: For Euro 5 vehicles, the control unit must be reprogrammed if the gear ratio is changed. This requires the OBD Bluetotth adapter + the Tune ECU programme (the Bluetotth adapters can be found under accessories in this description).
Please check beforehand in the Tune ECU programme whether it is possible to set your desired gear ratio (not every gear ratio is possible on all models)
DID BlackLine 520 chain set.
The black DID chain is just the thing for those who want a nice black and inconspicuous look. Black plates with silver rollers.
The chain kit is supplied with a rivet lock.
The kit includes a very high-quality DID chain, a chainring (either a black steel chainring or a stealth chainring in gold / black) and a chain sprocket.
A little further down in the description, you have to add your desired sprockets to the set.
A rivet lock is also included in the scope of delivery.
Tip:
- To be on the safe side, we recommend ordering a new sprocket locking plate with the chain set (see accessories article in this description).
- You will also find beautiful black chainring nuts in the accessories for those who want a completely black colour.

As the standard gear ratio is too long, we recommend using the larger 44 chainring and reducing the bike's gear ratio slightly. As a result, the bike pushes much harder at the bottom, but does not lose any top speed.
About the DID chain:
As the successor to the proven ZVM2 high-performance chain, the ZVM-X was developed with a particular focus on the diverse loads that occur in everyday use. The tensile strength only indicates the breaking load of a chain determined statically in the laboratory, but not its resistance to the forces that occur in practice.
For this reason, the ZVM-X focuses primarily on strength in use.
