The kit gives your Triumph a completely clean and very minimalist rear end.
The attractive, short frame makes the motorbike look more compact and beefier.
The HeckWeck Kit is supplied as a complete rear kit. It includes:Â
- Number plate holder including a stainless steel mounting plate – the number plate measures 170 x 100 mm, accommodating number plates of any size from any country.
- A black aluminium cover plate that replaces the original rear light.
- LED number plate light
- All screws, nuts, cable ties, etc. required for fitting
- Fitting instructions
Please note: you will need an additional 3-in-1 indicator/tail light combination!Â
As with all our Heck Weck Kits, this one for the 400 series models also does away with a central rear light.Â
Instead of the large original rear light, the kit is designed to be fitted with modern 3-in-1 indicators featuring an integrated rear and brake light.Â

Indicator brackets:
The kit does NOT include indicator brackets.Â
We recommend ordering our Vario indicator brackets (also available as a set just below the description) to go with this. These fit perfectly onto the number plate holder and are width-adjustable. This ensures that the optimum width can be set for any indicator and any number plate.
Additional accessories that you can order as part of a set below the description:
- Number plate screw set: If you’d like to secure your number plate with colour-matched screws, you can order a set to go with it.
- Reflector: If you want your rear end to be 100% road-legal, you must fit a reflector underneath the number plate.
