In our view, side pipes are the most attractive exhausts for a Bobber – and now they’re finally available legally for the new Euro 5+ Bobber.Â
Our side pipe is the first and only legal complete exhaust system for the Euro 5+ Bobber models.
This is made possible by a new catalytic converter box, which is included as standard with the system. Only by doing this can we build such a short exhaust system that is still road-legal.
The system is nice and short, which leaves the rear of the motorbike unobstructed.
What’s more, the significantly thicker manifolds compared to the originals, along with the short, beefy rear silencers, ensure that the Bobber looks and sounds truly powerful.
Sound
The sound is simply brilliant – lovely and rich & deep. It’s best to have a listen for yourself; you’ll find the video below this description.
With the side pipe, you have 6 sound options to choose from:
- Standard configuration with the fitted DB killers (which can be removed with a single screw).
- With racing DB killers, which make the motorbike louder but still have DB killers fitted (must be ordered separately; see the accessories section in this description).
- Without DB killers
- With the catalytic converter flap removed:
A plate is welded (temporarily tack-welded) between the manifolds, ensuring that the exhaust gases pass through the catalytic converter. You can cut this plate out, which directs the exhaust gases straight through the manifolds. In other words, this gives you a straight pipe and effectively bypasses the catalytic converter. You can then use this option in combination with the three different DB-killer variants.

Materials & Manufacture
With our exhaust systems, it is particularly important to us that they not only have an attractive design but are also of a very high quality.
The side pipe is handcrafted in Italy by Mass, a company with whom we work very closely. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the originals and therefore look much more substantial.
The workmanship, the material and finish, as well as the precision of the fit, are all excellent.
Fitting
We recommend ordering a set of manifold gaskets along with the exhaust system (see accessories listed in this description).
