This is how clean and tidy a rear end can look if you do without the original rear mudguard.
The licence plate sits as close as possible to the seat and the LED licence plate light (included in the scope of delivery) disappears neatly into the recess provided in the seat. Minimalist, unobtrusive and exactly what you would want on a modern custom rear end.
Variable licence plate angle - 30° / splash guard
The Heck Weck kit is supplied with an adjustable licence plate holder. This ensures that the licence plate can always be set to the prescribed 30°.
In everyday use, the licence plate can be positioned slightly steeper - which looks much better.
For MOT or inspection purposes, the angle can be adjusted to the legally prescribed position in just a few seconds (see pictures).
Stop nuts ensure that the angle does not change unintentionally while driving.
The size of the licence plate is designed so that any size of licence plate in the world can be fitted without any problems.
The rear lower shell provides good splash protection for all components - even in the rain or on wet roads.

Indicator holder
The indicator holders must be ordered separately. You will find two different versions below the description.Indicator holder Vario
The turn signals are mounted directly on the licence plate holder. The holders are adjustable in width so that the indicators can be perfectly positioned for any licence plate width
This variant is legal and fully StVO-compliant.
Indicator holder strutHere, the indicators are mounted on the inside of the strut using a retaining plate. As a result, they disappear almost completely into the rear - when switched off, it almost looks as if there are no indicators fitted at all
They are of course clearly visible when flashing. However, this variant does not comply with the German road traffic regulations, as the indicators are too far inwards.
3 in 1 indicators / rear light - required
As no central rear light is provided for this rear, 3-in-1 indicators must be installed.
These combine indicator, tail light and brake light in one housing.
You can order matching indicators directly as a set below - with a 10 % discount.
All indicators on offer have an E number and are road-legal.

Cable set (highly recommended)
We strongly recommend this. Without the cable set, the original Triumph centre connector would have to be cut off and everything wired individually.
When purchasing the set, you will receive a 30% discount on the cable set.
Licence plate screw set
For a clean look, you can attach your number plate with screws in matching colours.
Reflector
For a completely 100% legal rear end, a reflector must be fitted under the licence plate
Resistance
With modern motorbikes, it is no longer possible to say 100% in advance whether resistors are required or not. They are required for most indicators.
We therefore always recommend ordering a set as a precaution.
Fitting
The conversion can also be carried out by less experienced mechanics. Detailed installation instructions are of course included.
